In the dining room is a large table for 12+ people, the living room has a separate part for television and a separate sitting area with a large gas fireplace.
There is also a very good sound system, excellent if you want to have a party in the villa.
Inside, between the traditional stone walls, there is a heated swimming pool.
This interesting pool seems like a sea cave and is pleasant for refreshing during high temperatures in the summertime. In the winter you can have a pleasant swimming in a comfortable temperature. There is also a sauna available.
The palace is in the center of small Dalmatian town Jelsa, where you can hear the church bells at noon, and the murmur of the domestic people in the streets, and all just minutes from the waterfront, where all the bars, restaurants, shops, banks and other amenities are.

Beach is approximately 350 meters from the villa.
On the waterfront, you can rent a boat and explore the beautiful hidden bay of the island of Hvar and Brac and have a pleasant swimming in the crystal clear blue sea.
