The villa is a private residence that was build in the 16th century but fully renovated in 2012. It kept its authentic stone exterior while the interior was changed. Natural materials, stone and wood dominate through the house. The rustic stone villa has a land plot of 2000m2 which has a 50m2 outdoor swimming pool (115cm – 175cm depth) with an 8 person jacuzzi. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower as well as a bathroom with a shower for convenience. There is a large garden area, summer terrace with a ‘glorijet’ – a traditional covered area with a summer kitchen, a 4.8m long table for 20 people made from 120 years old Croatian oak, spacious 2.5m barbecue, bread oven, refrigerator, ice maker and an oven. Next to the ‘glorijet’ there is foot tennis and a badminton court (in standard measures).

Rustic stone villa with pool consists of four double bedrooms. Each room has its own TV and a king-size bed (180x210cm). There are two living rooms (also with TV’s), two bathrooms. Four kilometers from the villa is the famous UNESCO protected town of Trogir which also offers bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. In front of the villa, you will find a heated swimming pool.

For those who love lonely places, the island offers you to enjoy wild, sandy and rocky coves. Ciovo is connected to Trogir by a bridge, which is open 24 hours a day, as well as bus and ferry lines. Split is 27 km from Ciovo, connected with a highway and ferry lines. The airport is 7 km from the villa. The villa is divided into 3 apartments on two floors.

Spacious villa with a garden and a pool Zadar: This wonderful villa is located in the countryside of the city Zadar, situated in a rustical area that will provide you with a quiet and private holiday. It is 6 kilometers away from the sea and only 3 km away from the airport in Zadar. The villa and its surroundings were thoroughly renovated in 2015.

The house can accommodate up to 5+4 people in two separate groups- one flat & terrace per group and shared pool & garden. The house has a ground and a first floor, along with the outside area where you can find a big front and backyard and a swimming pool. The front and the backyard are surrounded with Mediterranean bushes, with a few pathways that lead to the closest olive groves and vineyards. The front yard is open towards the village and some more bushes, leaving you with a perfect setting and distance from the first neighbors, so you can privately enjoy the sunbathing area around the swimming pool and an outdoor shower. In the front yard there is also a barbecue and in the backyard a wooden climbing frame for kids. The only part that wasn’t renovated are the trees in the backyard, three olive trees, a fig tree, cypresses, and a pomegranate tree. A few new fruit trees and ten young olive trees were planted additionally.
When you enter the house, you will come into the cozy ground-floor terrace with a large table. This floor also consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a double bed bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, electric kettle, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and a microwave, while the living room has a sofa bed, extensible table and satellite channels TV. While the property was being renovated in 2005, every effort was made to preserve the original spirit and feel of the house. Therefore this is not just another impersonal house for rent. The villa is approached along a country road, through a gated entrance into the driveway which sits in front of the villa. There are a separate shower room and twin bedroom on this level. The first floor is accessed via a staircase located in the lounge. Car hire is recommended. A small beach is located 20 minutes by foot, less than 5 minutes by car. The walk to the beach is not suitable for those clients experiencing walking difficulties as the last part of the walk is a gradual descent down to the beach. Bigger beaches are available at Cavtat 10kms away. Attractions within the region include the historic towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to offshore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite island. A little further afield, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar are also possible and worth a visit.
