Villa for rent in a small village on the island of Hvar is a complex where you can find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. In the courtyard surrounded by few hundred years old authentic Hvar, houses are a large heated outdoor swimming pool (30 square meters) and a landscaped garden of 200 square meters. Villa is set in a picturesque village and boasts panoramic views of the surrounding greenery and the town of Jelsa. Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace fitted with sun loungers. Outside, there is a summer kitchen with all modern appliances in the traditional attire and a beautiful fireplace.

Villa is spread on two floors connected by an internal staircase and consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. All rooms exit onto the balcony with a beautiful sea view. Bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There is also one studio apartment consisting of a bathroom, kitchen and dining area with two sofas (extra beds) which are linked into a single unit. In this area, 4 people can be accommodated and it is fully air-conditioned.

Total of 12 people can be accommodated in the villa.

Summer kitchenette is equipped with a small kitchen and dining room with built-in barbecue, additional stovetop, and a fridge. There is also a covered dining area available. From the kitchenette, there is an exit to the terrace.

During the day, the terrace is perfect for sunbathing and swimming, while enjoying the sea view, and during the night you can enjoy watching the stars.

Free parking is provided for the guests.

Jelsa with its restaurants, bars, and beaches can be reached in a 5-minute ride away.

Hvar is only 15 minutes ride away from the villa.

More information about location: the town of Omis is located in the heart of Dalmatia, a small town and a harbor situated on the Cetina river, around 25 km south from Split and 40 km from Makarska. Thanks to it’s location, the town has good connections with the rest of the world through the airport of Split, and through a new and modern highway. After you’ve reached Split, a regular bus line can take you to Omis pretty fast. The famous destinations of Croatia, such as Dubrovnik or Zadar are not to far away for you to visit, around 2 to 3 hours in each direction.
The symbol of Omis must be the pirates of Omis, whose ships represented their courage, resistance and strength. You can see the traces of this history anywhere you go, as the churches and fortresses are there as evidence of the power that these pirates had. They were once one of the most powerful pirates on the Mediterranean Sea, ruling the Adriatic for more than three centuries until the whole Dalmatia fell under the Venetian Republic, with one exception of Omis, who managed to defened themselves for 24 years.

5 Bedroom Sea Side Villa with Pool in Rogoznica -This contemporary villa offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a beach holiday while enjoying stunning sea views along with distant views of Rogoznica town from the fabulous pool terrace. The property also comes with its’ own boat mooring located down on the beach which is merely one minute walk away. Villa is only 80 meters to the sea and has 4**** category. There is also a gym with toilet and mini kitchen.

The property is offered as 2 apartments (ground and first floor). The villa is approached along an access road; parking is located at the front. Guests enter the ground floor apartment from a short flight of stairs from the parking area. In front of the ground floor apartment is a covered outdoor dining area with sea view and BBQ to the side. A full flight of stairs from the parking area offers access to the first floor. On this level there is the 2nd apartment and the spacious pool area with sun deck. The apartments are not connected internally.

Each apartment features:

Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, diner, lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room. Patio terrace offering sea views located outside the apartment with dining for up to 10 persons.

First floor: Guests enter into a hallway leading into an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with patio doors opening onto a sea view terrace. There is also a shower room, double bedroom with sea facing balcony, a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin room.

Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa which would suit a family or group of friends looking to relax in a typical seaside village which offers easy access to a number of places of interest in this region such as Krka National Park with its spectacular waterfalls, the historic cities of Zadar, Split and Trogir, all within easy day trips from the villa as well as numerous excursions to off shore islands located in this region.
