This 4 bedroom villa, decorated in a traditional style, is located in the increasingly popular valley region near Dubrovnik. Guest staying here would be able to relax in peaceful surroundings yet be within 10-15 minutes’ drive of Cavtat or 25 minutes drive from Dubrovnik.

While the property was being renovated in 2005, every effort was made to preserve the original spirit and feel of the house. Therefore this is not just another impersonal house for rent. It has that feel of a “home away from home”, ideal for the discerning traveler who seeks an authentic holiday experience.
This property is most suitable for families and groups of friends who are looking for a location offering peace and privacy. It is also a perfect place for nature lovers, be they birdwatchers or simply walkers who enjoy breathing unpolluted air, scented with the perfumes of the Mediterranean flora.

The Villa has 6 terraces where you can enjoy the view and the fresh air.

The villa is approached along a country road, through a gated entrance into the driveway which sits in front of the villa. Guest can park their car here and enter the villa up a short flight of steps into a large lounge with an open doorway into a modern kitchen. There are a separate shower room and twin bedroom on this level. The first floor is accessed via a staircase located in the lounge. On this upper level, there are 2 further twin rooms and a family bathroom. There is also a guest house with a suit that has a double bed and one single bed. The Villa has two fully equipped kitchens.

Car hire is recommended. A small beach is located 20 minutes by foot, less than 5 minutes by car. The walk to the beach is not suitable for those clients experiencing walking difficulties as the last part of the walk is a gradual descent down to the beach. Bigger beaches are available at Cavtat 10kms away. Attractions within the region include the historic towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to offshore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite island. A little further afield, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar are also possible and worth a visit.

The following prices expressed in Euros refer to the weekly rent for the house sleeping 6 + 2 persons

Basic Conditions:

Additional Information

All rooms in the main house have twin beds set together as double beds.
Both bathrooms in the main house have toilet and bidet, the downstairs one has a shower and the upstairs one has a bathtub with a shower.
The ensuite bathroom in The Guest House is appointed with a shower and a toilet.
An extra toilet is available on the ground floor of the main house.
All bedrooms and the living rooms are airconditioned.
The main house has central heating.
Kitchen appliances:
2 electrical ovens, microwave oven, 2 gas stoves, 2 fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 kettles, 2 toasters. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Satellite TV in the main house and a smart TV in the Guest House.
Parking space available inside the gates for up to three cars.

N.B. WINTER MONTHLY RATES

During the winter period, from November to March, the house is available for rent at a monthly rate of 1.500 Euro.
