Villa offers 1 apartment and 3 rooms for rent, all well equipped and beautifully furnished with antique furniture.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, with windows overlooking the eastern entrance to the Old Town.
All rooms have the bathroom with a shower located within the accommodation unit and are also tastefully furnished with old antique items. Two of the rooms have a direct connection with the terrace, enabling a truly spectacular view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The third room and the apartment have connection with the terrace over the stairs from garden.The third room has a splendid view on the boat yard and the Old Town, together with the option for an extra bed for two.
All guests staying in the rooms can use the kitchen, together with the living and reading room located on the bottom floor.
All rooms and the apartment are equipped with refrigerators and SAT TV. Additional equipment includes air-condition.
All guests can use the terrace and table with deck chairs.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom, satellite TV, refrigerator and hair dryer. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.
Two rooms have the option of extra beds in a one extra bed for two persons, while the second has an extra bed for one person.
The villa can accommodate a total of 11 people. The ground floor is the kitchen and living room that are just for guests.
On the terrace overlooking the sea and the old town there’s a large table with chairs and parasols.
Special feature is the outdoor jacuzzi which is located in the garden.
The prices include tourist tax.
Minimum stay in July and August is 7 days.
