The pool is surrounded with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor solar shower, and outdoor seating where you can relax during the day and night. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants that make a true green oasis. The whole place is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and secure parking for 4 cars.

There is a family farm standing on the neighboring lot, where there are goats, and where is produced cheese, honey, oil, wine and other organic products available for purchase. If you or your children are animal lovers you are free to come and greet them.

Price includes: breakfast, maid 7 hours per day, transfer by speed boad from Fazana to villa and on the departure day from villa to Fazana (near Pula airport), 1 electric car as on the picture at guests disposal at all time, bikes, and private guide around the island and national park. It has a terrace that offers a magnificent view of the pool and the sea and islands Poplat, Proizd and Hvar. Access to the apartment are  private stairs leading to the entrance area.

The apartment has 100 square meters with three outdoor balconies for sunbathing and relaxing.
The main room has a separate toilet associated with electronic shower.

It is equipped with: TV, home theater, satellite, air for cooling and fireplace unique workmanship of mahogany and stone, old over 350 years.
Kitchen is fully equipped with containers, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, electric-gas cook with oven, iron, microwave, dishwasher.

The main bathroom is equipped with a large spacious shower for two and bidet.

The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests. In front of the villa is a garden in which you will find a swimming pool, deck chairs and covered dining area. The whole property is walled.

The villa features 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, this unit has a direct access to the pool. The upper floor features a living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a large double bed. There are 3 bathrooms in the house. The villa has balcony from which you can enjoy the view.

Villa is located close to Dubrovnik; 6 km away from the wonderful peninsula of Cavtat. Due to its beautiful landscapes and mild climate, this agricultural and fishing area covered in Mediterranean vegetation has become a tourist destination that offers a wide selection of private accommodation. In Plat, there are sandy beaches surrounded by cypresses and pine trees. Dubrovnik and Cavtat nearby offer a wide range of entertainment, as well as cultural and historic sites.

Near the house you can find the groceries, pizzeria, caffee bar. For other services you can visit Dubrovnik: banks, exchange offices, post offices, open market, a lot of restaurants and shops, discoteques, galleries etc.

The walled city of Dubrovnik was described by George Bernard Shaw as “paradise on earth”. The old city is a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site and is surrounded by spectacular fortified walls up to 25m high and 6m thick. Founded in the 7th century on a rocky island called Laus, it later became known as Ragusa. The Venetians gained control of the city at the beginning of the 13th century but, by the end of the 14th century, Dubrovnik had essentially become an independent city state and had established a lucrative trading position with the Ottoman Empire. In 1815 it was handed over to the Austrians by order of the Congress of Vienna and incorporated into the province of Dalmatia.
