Beautiful villa with pool and sea view for rent, Ciovo is the villa that’s located in a quiet and elevated part of the island of Ciovo, 400 m from the sea and offers a beautiful view of the island and most attractive part of the Trogir Riviera. Within 200 m there is a post office, supermarkets, diving center, restaurants, bars. On the western part of the island stretches “Copacabana” pebble beach 2 km in length. Here you can find sports, dining and entertainment facilities. Four kilometers from the villa is the famous UNESCO protected town of Trogir which also offers bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. In front of the villa, you will find a heated swimming pool.

For those who love lonely places, the island offers you to enjoy wild, sandy and rocky coves. Ciovo is connected to Trogir by a bridge, which is open 24 hours a day, as well as bus and ferry lines. Split is 27 km from Ciovo, connected with a highway and ferry lines. The airport is 7 km from the villa. The villa is divided into 3 apartments on two floors.

The first apartment has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It has 55 square meters and can accommodate 4+2 persons, with access to the pool. There is also a kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, coffee maker and blender) and a dining room. In the living room is an LCD TV and air conditioning. The apartment overlooks the pool, sea and countryside.

The second apartment offers a wonderful view of the pool and the surrounding islands. It is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms for 4 persons, out of which one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the dining room, there is a sofa bed which sleeps one to two people. The bathroom has a massage shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and includes dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, oven and other appliances. The apartment is air-conditioned, has an LCD TV, satellite, stereo, etc. This apartment can accommodate 4+2 person.

The third apartment has 80 m2 and offers a beautiful view of the islands of Solta, Brac, and Hvar. This apartment is also located on the first floor next to the second apartment.
It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a room with a double bed and the other has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, electric kettle, blender etc. The living room has an LCD/satellite TV. This apartment also can accommodate 4+2 person.

All of the apartments are furnished to a high standard. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the villa, as is air conditioning. Behind the villa is a private parking space for 3-4 cars and next to the pool is a large BBQ area.

Hosts provide the possibility of preparing traditional Dalmatian food. Please note that they live in the basement of the villa and are at your service for anything you need.
