Beautiful villa with pool and panoramic sea view, near Omis. This amazing villa is located on Omis Riviera in a small town of Jesenice. It offers luxurious accommodation for 8 people while an additional 2 people can sleep on extra beds. Each of the 4 bedrooms has en suite bathrooms and there are an additional 2 toilets. Baby cot is also available. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and is equipped with a TV.

On the ground floor, guests can find a gym, sauna, 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and an additional toilet. Bedrooms have matrimonial beds.

Kitchen, dining room, living room and a toilet (with washing/drying machine) are situated on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, coffee machine, water boiler, and a dishwasher.

The attic contains 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds which can be joined together and a bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a matrimonial bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

In front of the villa, on a large, spacious terrace, is a pergola and a pool of 32 square meters. A Jacuzzi is located by the pool and the water from the Jacuzzi overflows into the pool. 2 parking spaces are available behind the villa.

Villa is located in the bay, surrounded by lush greenery, mediterranean pine wood. Large terrace overlooks the beach in front and provides total privacy.

Price includes: breakfast, maid 7 hours per day, transfer by speed boad from Fazana to villa and on the departure day from villa to Fazana (near Pula airport), 1 electric car as on the picture at guests disposal at all time, bikes, and private guide around the island and national park. On the island guests can enjoy golf, polo, horseback riding, biking, zoo safari and various other activities. We can organize excursions to nearby locations.

The lower floor contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, lounge and dining room, toilet, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and garden terrace while the upstairs contains 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite shower/bath facilities and balcony.
All the villas have a roof terrace from which you can enjoy 360° views of the area.
All bedrooms including the sitting and dining area have an Air Condition to make your holiday cool and carefree.

Rustic stone villa with pool for rent Konavle Dubrovnik area is located in the southernmost Croatian village of Vitaljina. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is a private residence that was build in the 16th century but fully renovated in 2012. It kept its authentic stone exterior while the interior was changed. Natural materials, stone and wood dominate through the house. The rustic stone villa has a land plot of 2000m2 which has a 50m2 outdoor swimming pool (115cm – 175cm depth) with an 8 person jacuzzi. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower as well as a bathroom with a shower for convenience. There is a large garden area, summer terrace with a ‘glorijet’ – a traditional covered area with a summer kitchen, a 4.8m long table for 20 people made from 120 years old Croatian oak, spacious 2.5m barbecue, bread oven, refrigerator, ice maker and an oven. Next to the ‘glorijet’ there is foot tennis and a badminton court (in standard measures).

Rustic stone villa with pool consists of four double bedrooms. Each room has its own TV and a king-size bed (180x210cm). There are two living rooms (also with TV’s), two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a massage shower while the other one has a jacuzzi. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The villa has a game room, enjoy playing pool (8ft), darts or table football.

The house fully air-conditioned. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house as well as the whole property.

• bottles of local premium quality red and white wines, champagne
• variety of local and domestic homemade products including candied almonds, orange peels, jams, olive oil, vinegar, honey, cakes, fruit, liqueur, grappa

For guests’ comfort all essentials are ensured – toiletries, hygienic sets, shower caps, towels as well as spices, tea, coffee, juices; detergents, cleaning products.
