Do not worry, a big shopping center, Mall of Split, is only 2 minutes walk, and the bus stop is 100 meters away so you can go wherever you want. Close to you are the surrounding villages, Solin and Kaštela.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood full of shrubs and trees, providing rest and tranquility, just as you were in a village. On the stone terrace is a swimming pool with outdoor shower and toilet, and on the roofed terrace with the table you can eat food prepared on the grill. All this is embraced by the beautiful garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables.
The ground floor is adorned with wooden furniture: unusually designed chairs in the dining room/kitchen and a blue sofa in the living room that can serve as a bed for two people. There are also two bathrooms and three bedrooms: children’s room, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed with access to a large shared balcony, which offers views of the countryside. All are decorated with wooden modern furniture, and two single rooms have a desk.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a bathroom and a small commode sketched by the image of Marilyn Monroe, buildings of Paris and a red rose, which brings you a bit of glamour. It has a direct entrance to the space for exercise, and from the bathroom to the children’s play area and a living room with a sofa and a stereo. This upper floor is surrounded by a balcony on which one can get out of every room.
Adults could enjoy a pool game, and children would have fun in an exterior playground. Functionally built and nicely decorated it is the best for families with small children. The villa will provide you a quality holiday, easy access to nearby resorts and, of course, the opportunity to look around the famous Diocletian’s Palace.

Villa and its team, offer a great setting that will leave you simply loving your home away from home so come and visit us.
This marvelous four star villa finished in stucco and covered with stone and clay tiled roof can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. The villa is set behind an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces. From the parking area, the house can be easily accessed.
When you arrive, you will see a ground floor layout designed with an open floor plan including a large modern kitchen, dining area, living room and even a fireplace. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and it is also linked to the dining area, which is furnished with a spectacularly large rectangular table, made of wood and chairs capable of seating eight people.
In the living room, you and your loved ones can sink into the two comfortable couches which extend into a double beds and choose from hundreds of international channels on satellite TV.
The sliding doors invite you to explore outside where you will find a covered terrace with breathtaking pool and sunbathing patio surrounded by palm and olive trees. The wine cellar decorated in stone and wood allow you to enjoy tasting the famous Croatian wines.
The ground floor also houses one bedroom which is ideal for older guests, as well as having three more upstairs on the second floor.
The largest double bedded room on the second floor has a terrace which is an ideal private place for sipping coffee and reading magazine or favorite book in the morning. A glass picture window allows you to go to bed and wake up facing the sea and sun.
There are two more bedrooms, one double bedded and another with two single beds. Each bedroom has an air conditioning and full bathroom with a shower.

There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, washing machine and towels. There is a mini-kitchen equipped with stove and refrigerator and a dining table. The door from the kitchen leads to a large closed terrace that is south-oriented and full of light, overlooking the sea. There is a barbecue area within the inner terrace. The villa has a beautiful, outdoor swimming pool located on the outdoor terrace. Within the pool is an outdoor Whirlpool for 8 people. The pool is surrounded with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor solar shower, and outdoor seating where you can relax during the day and night. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants that make a true green oasis. The whole place is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and secure parking for 4 cars.

There is a family farm standing on the neighboring lot, where there are goats, and where is produced cheese, honey, oil, wine and other organic products available for purchase. If you or your children are animal lovers you are free to come and greet them.

Accommodates 2-3 guests and is located on the ground floor and has 35m2. It consists of a room with two beds and a kitchen and a dining area in one, and a bathroom with a shower. There is one extra bed in the dining area. The ground floor opens to a small terrace with a seating area.

Accommodates 2 guests and is located on the 2nd floor. It has 15m2. It consists of a room with two beds and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a fridge.
