After you’ve reached Split, a regular bus line can take you to Omis pretty fast. The famous destinations of Croatia, such as Dubrovnik or Zadar are not to far away for you to visit, around 2 to 3 hours in each direction.
The symbol of Omis must be the pirates of Omis, whose ships represented their courage, resistance and strength. You can see the traces of this history anywhere you go, as the churches and fortresses are there as evidence of the power that these pirates had. The ground floor has access to a large terrace and an open fireplace.   Located on this floor is a “Konoba”, a traditional dalmatian tavern with open fireplace and storage cellar for wine. Konoba is connected with 70 m2 terrace with outside fireplace as well. Nearby is a dedicated boiler room with laundry facilities.

The first floor has three bedrooms, cloakroom, bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room with fireplace leading out to a terrace (view of the Kornati National Park). There is air conditioning provided as well as WiFi. Villa has 4 bathrooms with a hot tub. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a single bed, making for a total capacity of 5 people.

On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a unique tavern that offers indoor and outdoor barbecues and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. In the separate section, there is a wellness room with jacuzzi and sauna. In the outside, guests can enjoy the large terrace with swimming pool and sunbathing area. The price includes two electric bicycles and surfing on the padel- SUP.

Villa consists of 3 floors but only two floors are rented and included in price.

House is equipped by first-class materials, teak trees and 200 years old stone. Materials and furniture are made by world-famous designers, Italian kitchen (Scavollini), Natuzzi sofas, designer lighting, etc. The surrounding is designed with indigenous plants (tangerine tree, lemon tree, olive tree, lavender..). Preparation of hot water for the whole house was made possible by the solar system and its own heating station that consists of a gas boiler tank capacity of 500 liters which allows comfortable underfloor heating of the entire property.
House has a rapid heating-cooling path system and is fully air-conditioned. There is also an alarm system installed.

In the lower level there is a pantry, a game room with a pool table, dart board, and an old tavern. Tavern was originally an olive mill for processing olive oil, which was opened in 1885. It still has well preserved and restored original olive mill wheel. In it there is a table for 16 people, a fireplace for barbecue, a stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher machine and ice maker. There is a separate room with a couch and a TV set. The tavern has an excellent sound system where you can play music from CD, USB or connect a cell phone or iPod. In front of the mill is a toilet with washing machine.

Every room in the house has its own LED TV with USB port, and a large living room has a big LED TV with satellite TV, Apple TV, DVD, CD and USB players. There is also a fax and copy machine, telephone and video surveillance system. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house as well as on the whole property around the house. The house is fully air-conditioned, and has central heating. Kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and tavern have floor heating.

In front of the house is a big swimming pool of 48 m2 in size, with dimensions 9.5 x 4.5 meters. Depth is 115 to 175 centimeters. A Jacuzzi for 8 people has massage pumps for back, thighs and feet. LED lighting in the pool in 16 colors can be controlled by a remote control and has multiple programs for changing colors. Terrace around the pool has sun beds and umbrellas. Stereo sound system around the terrace can be controlled by smart phones and has internet radio and live stream.

On the terrace is an outdoor shower and bathroom with shower. Right next to the terrace there is a ‘gloriet’ – traditional covered terrace and a summer kitchen with a 4.8 meter long table for 20 people made of 120 years old oak, big 2.5 meters long barbecue, bread oven, refrigerator and ice maker. The stereo sound system with a projector and screen is ideal for watching sports and similar events on summer nights. In front of ‘gloriet’ is a playground for foot-tennis and badminton, sketched in standard measures. Foot-tennis is a popular game that combines football, tennis and volleyball. Playground is illuminated for playing during the night.

Lawn with automatic irrigation system in the three levels has trees typical for the region – orange, lemon, quince, pear, cherry, olives, figs, almonds, wild pomegranate, cypress, oak. For a pleasant scent and beauty of the lawn we have roses, birds of paradise, great mimosa, lantana, jasmine, cycads, lavender, oleander, petunias, rosemary, basil, oregano, bay leaf, sage, thyme, mint. This old stone villa was built in 1802 as a mansion of old Dubrovnik family, that lived there during the summer months. There are 5 bedrooms in this spacious family mansion and it was built back in 1802. In 2011 the house was fully restored into a luxurious villa and in 2017. an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were added.

As soon as you enter the villa, you can see the living room and unique pieces of furniture, armchairs, decorative cabinets, flat screen TV with satellite channels, CD player, and DVD player. There is a direct entrance to the front garden from there. The dining room can seat up to 10 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped, separated by a small bar, and it features a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer.

The bedroom on this, ground floor features an en suite bathroom and direct access to the front garden.
On the first floor, there are 2 luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, consisting of a spacious master double bedroom with a fully equipped office with computer, internet access, LCD TV, satellite TV, a stereo system, video surveillance, alarm, and telescope. On a beautifully furnished terrace, you can find a Jacuzzi and outdoor private pool with an amazing view of the sea. The walled city of Dubrovnik was described by George Bernard Shaw as “paradise on earth”.
