It is located on the seaside, away from the noise and traffic. The sea is only 5 meters away that makes the villa unique. Every room offers a sea view.

This old stone villa was built in 1802 as a mansion of old Dubrovnik family, that lived there during the summer months. There are 5 bedrooms in this spacious family mansion and it was built back in 1802. In 2011 the house was fully restored into a luxurious villa and in 2017. an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were added.

As soon as you enter the villa, you can see the living room and unique pieces of furniture, armchairs, decorative cabinets, flat screen TV with satellite channels, CD player, and DVD player. There is a direct entrance to the front garden from there. The dining room can seat up to 10 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped, separated by a small bar, and it features a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer.

The bedroom on this, ground floor features an en suite bathroom and direct access to the front garden.
On the first floor, there are 2 luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, consisting of a spacious master double bedroom with a fully equipped office with computer, internet access, LCD TV, satellite TV, a stereo system, video surveillance, alarm, and telescope. On a beautifully furnished terrace, you can find a Jacuzzi and outdoor private pool with an amazing view of the sea. The other, smaller double bedroom also has en suite bathroom and features an LCD TV.
Another 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The villa has a wireless internet connection.

In front of the house, there is a stone-built dock (length of 30 meters) for mooring a boat or yacht, which can be also used as a private promenade. Villa has a Mediterranean style garden, with palm trees and various Mediterranean herbs.

Within the garden, there is a bowling playground, with the long tradition of playing in this area. The terrace offers a magnificent view of Elafiti islands of Dubrovnik, and it makes the perfect place for an intimate dinner. Only distraction may come from the sea breeze.

Interior was designed by a famous Italian designer, complete furniture was signed by well-known designer brands. The kitchen was done in the old English style with the signature of world famous manufacturer of kitchen, known for decorating kitchens of many celebrities.

The whole interior is a mix of modern and old English style, which is perfect for a luxurious space. Bathrooms are fully made of Italian marble. In the villa, there are numerous works of art by famous Italian and Croatian artists.

Parking available for up to 2 cars.

Minimum stay in July and August is 7 days.
