This traditional Dalmatian stone house was fully renovated and decorated in 2005 so that the original architectural features have been preserved. Villa seems to enrich your spirit and exude calm. You will simply feel relaxed there.
The house can accommodate 7-9 people comfortably. It consists of a kitchen/dining area/sitting room, 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC.
On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen/dining area/sitting room, occupying 55 m² and a separate WC, while on the first floor there are 2 double rooms and a bathroom.
On the second floor, in the attic space with wooden beams, there is a double room with a bathroom and terrace, with a fine view of the sea and the entire bay. There is also a sea view from the first floor.
Villa has a garden terrace (80 m²) which is partially covered, an outdoor fireplace and garden furniture for pleasant gatherings, an outdoor, private pool and shower and an orchard.
To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible, we have equipped the villa with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed.

To protect your peace and privacy, the villa is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool.

Sea view villa with pool for rent Opatija can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa has 3 floors and 150 m2 of living space. It faces south. In front of the villa is a land plot of 1200m2 with a 200m2 lawn. Villa is equipped with a heated pool (7x4x1.5m) next to which is a sunbathing area with deck chairs. There is also an outside shower and a 50m2 terrace. shared facilities include a children’s playground with a slide and a swing.

The interior of the villa is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you can find a living room with a dining area (60m2) equipped with a flat-screen Tv and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and a kettle. The villa also comes with a table football and ping pong table.

The first floor consists of a room with two beds (80x200cm), flat-screen Tv, second room with one French bed (160x200cm), flat-screen Tv, exit to the terrace and the third room with one French bed (160x200cm, flat-screen Tv, bathroom and an exit to the terrace.

The other apartment is located on the ground floor, and it is a one bedroom apartment with a bathroom and kitchen. This apartment has a separate entrance door and it could be used for guests or personal maidservant/baby sitter.

VILLA WITH POOL FOR RENT, LABIN, ISTRIA

Villa with pool for rent, Labin, Istria is a modern, two floors American style house with a total size of 130 m2 suitable for 8 people (3 bedrooms with king-sized beds, one sofa bed- sleeps 2), overlooking the old town of Labin, situated on one of the many hills in the surroundings.

On the first floor of the house, there is a large living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room, bathroom, and one bedroom. On the upper floor of the house are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Beside the house, there is a covered terrace with a table for ten persons, an outdoor grill and a seasonal swimming pool of 48 m2.

For a relaxed and comfortable stay at the pool, there is eight large sun loungers, umbrellas and a sun umbrella for the vacation, and for the youngest visitors a sliding house. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful 1700 m2 garden, fully enclosed by a natural hedgerow and lawn with an automatic irrigation system.

Only 3 km from Villa there is a famous tourist village Rabac as well as the historic town of Labin.

Rabac is famous for its natural beaches, the crystal clear sea, the pine forest and the rich tourist content, while in Labin, in addition to the historical sights, there are shopping centers, pharmacies, green market and health center as well as other public facilities needed for a safe and peaceful vacation.

The largest town in Istria, Pula, is only 40 km away from us, and its historical monuments dating from the Roman Empire are delighted by every visitor. In addition to Pula, there are also the most famous tourist destinations in Istria – Poreč (60 km), Rovinj (50km), and one of the largest cities in Croatia, Rijeka, is only 65 km away.
