There is also an outside shower and a 50m2 terrace. shared facilities include a children’s playground with a slide and a swing.

The interior of the villa is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you can find a living room with a dining area (60m2) equipped with a flat-screen Tv and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and a kettle. The villa also comes with a table football and ping pong table.

The first floor consists of a room with two beds (80x200cm), flat-screen Tv, second room with one French bed (160x200cm), flat-screen Tv, exit to the terrace and the third room with one French bed (160x200cm, flat-screen Tv, bathroom and an exit to the terrace.

On the second floor, you can find a room with one French bed (160x200cm), shower, flat-screen Tv.

The second floor has an exit to the 18m2 covered, 55m2 uncovered terrace and a 5m2 balcony. The terrace has a seating area, a portable barbecue and a beautiful view of the sea.

Next to this sea view villa is another identical villa (same price) available for rent. It is possible to rent both villas for larger groups.

The upper floor has three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms, a laundry area, and a gym. Two of these bedrooms have a balcony and on one balcony there is a Jacuzzi installed for three people.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting room, and a separate toilet.
The other apartment is located on the ground floor, and it is a one bedroom apartment with a bathroom and kitchen. This apartment has a separate entrance door and it could be used for guests or personal maidservant/baby sitter.

On the first floor of the house, there is a large living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room, bathroom, and one bedroom. On the upper floor of the house are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Beside the house, there is a covered terrace with a table for ten persons, an outdoor grill and a seasonal swimming pool of 48 m2.

For a relaxed and comfortable stay at the pool, there is eight large sun loungers, umbrellas and a sun umbrella for the vacation, and for the youngest visitors a sliding house. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful 1700 m2 garden, fully enclosed by a natural hedgerow and lawn with an automatic irrigation system.

Only 3 km from Villa there is a famous tourist village Rabac as well as the historic town of Labin.

Villa is 1 mile away from the center on the elevated location with open view of the sea, nested in Mediterranean greenery and rocks. The bushes of rosemary planted next to the pool without chlorine gives it a nice smell. The combination of stone and glass unites the modern and the traditional, and the two „towers“connected to a covered outdoor walkway give the impression of the castle.
Silence gives it the title of an ideal place for rest and simplicity describes its interior: living room adds to the kitchen, and both sides of the room have separate exit to the terrace with swimming pool that offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. This outdoor living area can be reached directly by staircase.

When you get down in Selce, a monumental neo-Romanesque church of Christ the King will take your breath away, built entirely of high quality white Brac stone, as well as nearly all the houses in the village. The center is dominated by a particular gallery of busts and statues of many notables: Leo Tolstoy, Stjepan Radić, and Pope John Paul II. You can meet pastoral way of life in the surrounding villages whose idyllic spirit failed to disrupt by modern times.
