Luxurious modern villa with pool for rent, Ciovo – This luxurious, modernly designed villa is located in on a premium location, second row to the sea. From the 35 square meters outdoor pool you can enjoy beautiful panoramic sea view. Villa was built in 2015. from high quality materials and is fully equipped and furnished for a pleasant living.

Villa has a surface area of about 300 square meters. There are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have double beds, the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed and the sixth bedroom has 2 single beds. Two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub while the other five have a shower. Villa sleeps 11 persons comfortably. Kitchen equipment includes electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, coffee brewer, microwave, dishwasher, hot and cold water.

In the basement of the villa you can find an indoor heated pool with counter-current system. There is also a gym room equipped with exercise bike and exercise equipment, sauna and a game room with billiards table. The entire villa is air conditioned and underfloor heating has also been installed. Internet (Wi-fi) and cable TV is available throughout the villa.

On the ground and first floor are bedrooms and a living room equipped with top quality materials and entertainment system including Hi-Fi, DVD/CD player, LCD TV etc. Panoramic view on the sea, surrounding mountains and UNESCO protected Trogir town can be enjoyed from the 25 square meters terrace.

Outside of the villa is a barbecue area and a playground for children with swings, sandpit, playhouse and see-saw. Near the pool, on the terrace, is an outside dining area and sun loungers. By the pool is a shower as well. In the back of the villa is a garage with 3 parking spaces.

Ciovo is a small island located off the Adriatic coast in Croatia with an area of 28.8 square kilometres. Ciovo is located in central Dalmatia, protecting the city of Trogir and Kastela gulf. On its SE part it is only two km distant from the cape Marjan, on its northern part it is connected to the mainland with a small drawbridge in the old centre of Trogir, and actually Trogir spread itself onto the island. Besides the portion of Trogir, on the island there are several villages: Arbanija, Zedno, Okrug Gornji, Okrug Donji, Slatine and Prizidnica.

The house is situated in a small bay on the island of Korčula in Southern Dalmatia and is only 15 km from the old historic town of Korčula. A narrow road leads to the bay from the main island road.

House description

House consists of a living room, two well-equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a number of terraces and an outside barbecue. The surrounding landscape is hilly with areas of dense vegetation. At the head of the bay, there is an attractive pebble beach and on the opposite side of the bay, there are a few small houses so you will not be totally alone.

Access to the house is through the narrow road 3.7 km in length, leading from the main Korcula to Vela Luka road. Cars can be parked at the end of the access road and the house is then reached by a narrow, steep footpath traveling through dense vegetation (cca 30 m). At the end of the short path you will be greeted by a wonderful view and a very well organized and equipped house (but still in keeping with the Castaway lifestyle)

We want to assure you that this accommodation is unique and very special. If you are well organized and not too dependent on modern technology you can spend an unforgettable holiday here enjoying experiences you will not normally encounter in your everyday life.
In wild nature, hidden in the pine trees, on a lonely place of Korcula island seafront, this house offers total privacy, far away from the crowd. House accommodates 10 people and 2 more on sofa beds. There is an asphalted road to the house. down on the seafront, there is a concrete plateau-terrace for enjoying on the sun and sea. The small boat could be moored.

Rustic stone villa with pool in Stari Grad Hvar island – This beautiful rustic stone villa is located on the sunny island of Hvar, between Stari Grad and Vrboska, in natural and relaxing settings. The whole property is spread on 8500 square meters, and there are no neighbors or houses around so privacy is guaranteed. This is the place to relax and absorb all the benefits of the fresh Mediterranean air that contributes to your mind and your soul.

Villa consists of two separate houses – Central house that consists of basement, ground floor, and upper floor. The basement is used as a boiler room and wine cellar. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen fully equipped for everyday living, living room, and dining room with fireplace and direct exit to the terrace. The dining room can accommodate 8 to 12 people comfortably. On this floor, there are two en-suite double bedrooms and one guest’s toilet. On the first floor of the main house, there are two more double bedrooms, each with bathroom, one with shower and the other with bathtub.

The second house consists of 3 houses in a row. The first house has a dining area with table and chairs for 10 persons, barbecue and summer kitchen. Right next to this house is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and a shower. The third house has one more double bedroom with its own bathroom.

In front of the house, there is a shaded dining place for 12 people and a summer kitchen. There is a stone tavern that is renovated and you can find both inside and outside the fireplace and bread oven (the kitchen is fully equipped with a new dishwasher, fridge, and four gas plates). Mountain bikes are available for our guests to use for free.

The total number of guests that can be accommodated in the villa is 10+2.

The stone terrace consists of the 28 square meters, 1.5 meters deep heated swimming pool surrounded by the greenery, garden table with chairs, sunbeds, and parasols. Seasonal, organic fruit from the villa’s garden is available for the guests to enjoy them.

Villa is approximately 800 meters away from the sea, the nearest beach is Oskorušica, a peaceful bay consisting of only one house.

Only 5 minutes’ drive from the villa you can enjoy small towns of Jelsa, Stari Grad, and Vrboska with wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops.

Villa owners offer a welcome lunch for the guests, included in the price.

Private parking and Wi-Fi are provided.

Younger group of guests are welcome!

Next to this villa, you will find Rukavac, a fishing village with a fine fish restaurant, and Srebrna Bay, with a white pebble beach.
