The second and the third one are very similar to the first apartment, but slightly bigger (second one is 110 square meter, and the third one 135) .

The fourth apartment is similar as fifth apartment and has three bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a big double bed with its own bathroom and the other two rooms have two separated beds. There is a bathroom, highly equipped kitchen, large living room and two balconies.

The size of this apartments is 160 square meter each, including all balcony and terrace. Apartment is fully equipped, with Wi-Fi, clime condition, kitchen with all devices, washing machine, satellite TV with a stunning panoramic view.

True to their family roots owners have incorporated modern villa on the foundations of the old Konavle house. This island is one of the islands that are nearest to the mainland, only half a mile away from the coast. It is situated 5 kilometers from the town of Vodice, and 12 kilometers from the town of Sibenik. This charming house is a perfect choice for those who want to spend their holidays in the natural ambient, in peace and quiet. It is away from the noise, cars, big crowds, and it is an ideal place to relax and recover from everyday stress and hustle. You will have a dream vacation in a peaceful, dalmatian ambient. Also, if you want to experience various activities like kayaking, hiking, walking trips, exploring the area, sailing, scuba-diving, etc, the town of Sibenik is right there, and to experience a great, summer, nightlife you can go to Vodice. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes walking distance from the house, and the center of Prvic is 10 minutes walking. The nearest restaurants, markets, coffee shops, and post office are approximately 0,5 km away from the villa. International Split airport is located 70 km away.

Hvar is declared as one of 10 most beautiful islands in the world. This house is close to the town of Stari Grad. Hvar was named after old Greeks who came to this island from the Greek island of Pharos, and named this island with the same name which during centuries changed, and also old Romans were here, in the Stari Grad field constructed old Roman villas (today this field is UNESCO protected heritage with remains of Roman villas and first example in the world of the land parcelization precisely done by old Greeks, it is the first example in human history of the geometrically measured land parcels, for the peasants who were doing agriculture on these divided land plots.

GUESTS REVIEW:

The Villa on the Island of Hvar was stunning. Very well appointed, nicely decorated, offered comfort and wonderful facilities at a reasonable price. A really great find.
Access to town is by boat only and so try to arrive with all your shopping done in advance if you can.
Mario was very kind and helpful to us, picking us up from weddings at 3 in the morning, even managing to find us an acoustic guitar! We would have loved to have stayed longer. Such a beautiful place!

I’d love to come back to Croatia! Sadly I currently live in Myanmar, and so the chances of a trip this summer are slim. Hoping in the future that we will have the chance again and I will definitely contact you for recommendations. I hadn’t expected to enjoy Croatia as much as I did and I now wonder why I didn’t visit sooner!
