Here, a bird concerto will lullaby you to sleep, a nightingale bell canto will wake you in the morning; you will learn the difference between the call of the little owl and the whistle of blackbird; if you take a short mountain trek you will see eagles nesting up in the mountain peaks.
The azure sea water of the Kaštela Bay will give rest to your eyes. And when you come out of the house you will step on the green grass of the lawn and garden and pick your tomato (and water it in the evening if you wish), cut some parsley or check olive trees and their fruit that will be processed into that divine oil you found in the kitchen.

You can take a walk in the shade of 400 olive, almond and oak trees. Your morning aperitif – grape brandy, herb-flavored brandy, walnut brandy, plum-brandy or a premium wine – will not be served by a bartender in a cocktail lounge where you only just managed to find the parking place. You can take it yourself from the wine cellar, enjoy it under your pine tree and listen to a goldfinch singing from above…
Villa was built in 2012 on a fenced property of 16,000 square meters. It’s located on the slopes of the mountain Kozjak near the town of Trogir, Split – Resnik airport (10 minutes drive), and the Zagreb-Dubrovnik highway.
Suitable for a group of friends, families with children, small business meetings or art colony and special occasions (weddings, promotions, honeymoon, …). Pets are welcome.

Villa accommodates up to 10 persons (4 double rooms and 1 twin room on the gallery).
Outdoor swimming pool 10 x 4 meters with the possibility of heating (integrated counter-current, vertical and horizontal massage, outdoor shower by the pool, bathroom with shower under the pool and gym).
Outdoor and indoor grill, safe, hydro massage bathtub, gym, playground, outdoor bowling court, olives, and vegetable garden.
The whole Villa is air-conditioned with built-in floor heating for colder weather.

Parking: 2 garage places + 3 outdoor

Villa has 3 floors.

Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room connected with the working room/library on the gallery, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

First floor: bedroom with bathroom, apartment with living room, bedroom, bathroom and one twin room on the gallery (2nd floor). All rooms have access to the loggia/terrace/balcony with garden furniture.
The villa has 5 bathrooms with a shower (4 inside the house, one under the swimming pool and gym). Large bathroom on the ground floor has a hydro-massage bathtub.

Pool is available after Easter. Pool heating is not included in the price. Surcharge 50€/day.
