Hvar town and the nearest ferry ports with links to the mainland and other islands is 30 km away,a drive of around half an hour. Split is around 50 km away, and the nearest airport, 59 km away from the property.
This detached house was finished in May 2017., and it features a swimming pool with furnished terraces and a garden.
This villa offers multiple dining areas and 4 kitchens. An LCD TV with satellite channels is offered in each room as well as a private bathroom with slippers, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The villa features free WiFi throughout the property. There are five rooms with air conditioning, and free parking available on the site. 5-6 cars can be accommodated easily. There is plenty of space and access is wide and easy. The estate is reached by dead-end gravel road, ensuring one more level of privacy.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the house can accommodate up to 14 people.

The villa has air-conditioning and gas central heating with buried gas tanks. Each floor has separate sanitary facilities. The rooms with ceramic tiles have underfloor heating, and other rooms are equipped with first-class parquet floors and an indoor fireplace. The villa has its own garden with indigenous plants, its own outdoor grill, a pool with underwater LED lighting reflectors and two parking places.

Villa is part of the 12 villas group, walled and gated. Liznjan is small village about one kilometer from the sea, and few kilometers to the Pula town where is international airport.
