This holiday villa with an amazing sea view is located in Vinisce. Vinisce is a small and quiet, typical Dalmatian fishing village situated in a beautiful bay of clear sea and untouched nature in central Dalmatia. This villa is an ideal choice for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet, it is perfect for family vacation, and to get away from the city rush and crowded towns. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy sandy and pebble beaches. Also, it is a great choice those a little bit more adventurous, who want to spend active holidays because there are a lot of activities around like diving, sailing, underwater fishing, day trips to nearby islands, etc. The house is positioned in a quiet and a calm place but it is only 10 minutes walk to the center of the city where you can find great restaurants, pizzerias, bars, coffee shops, and markets. The nearest beach is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the house. Beautiful and charming, historic, UNESCO Town of Trogir is only 20 km away, and National park Krka with its beautiful, breathtaking Waterfalls is only 30 km away. The nearest airport is Split airport which is around 26 km far away.

This completely, newly renovated villa offers accommodation for 8 people (6+2). The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with stove, oven, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. There is also a bathroom with a shower & a living room with an additional bed for two on this floor. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one of them has an ensuite bathroom, and 2 bathrooms with showers. There is a big terrace that gives a beautiful view of the village, an ideal place to rest and relax. In front of the house, there is a big, pentagon-shaped outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, lounge sets, parasols, outdoor shower & a big barbecue. Free parking for guests is provided. The whole place is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.
