The whole island of Hvar offers countless possibilities and activities, parties, nightclubs, cultural heritage, breathtaking nature, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, rock climbing, hiking, cycling, and so much more. Opposite from the amazing nightlife and hustle you can experience here, the island also offers privacy, nature, hidden beaches, and real peace. The vacation in this cottage is an ideal blend of crowd beach clubs and restaurants with complete peace. The house is about 100 meters from the crowded shore, descent to the sea allows to join the throng of swimmers, restaurants, and yachts, but the house is quiet as if you are alone in the bay, especially in the mornings and evenings when you have the beautiful, crystal clear sea all to yourself. It is a perfect place to have real holidays of your dreams. There are a lot of beautiful, pebble beaches in other bays, just a few minutes from here. There are 4 exquisite restaurants right here in the bay, only under 100 meters from the cottage, where you can taste amazing seafood and local specialties. The town of Hvar is only 1.2 kilometers away from this breathtaking place, and there you can find everything you need, like grocery shops, supermarkets, ATMs, coffee bars, shops, numerous restaurants, and more. There is a taxi boat that goes from Hvar to Zdrilca bay. It is possible to go on various day trips with speedboats, like go to Split, Trogir, Sibenik, Vis, etc. There is a local airport in the town of Jelsa, 31 km away, and International airport of Split can also be reached with a speed taxi boat, or the regular way with a catamaran or a ferry.

This comfortable cottage can accommodate 5 persons maximum. The house consists of a ground floor house, storage, and a big water tank with a spacious courtyard closed with stone walls with a shed, stone build sink, and a large fireplace. It has 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed, and one with single beds, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and a terrace with a wooden pergola. There is a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, satellite TV, mini Hi-Fi stereo, large fireplace, a small wine bar that offers selected white wines of original Dalmatian varieties. There is also a handmade sofa that can become a comfortable single bed. There are ceiling fans in the kitchen and in the bedrooms that ensure cooling in the summer heat. Around the whole house is a garden with authentic Dalmatian olive varieties are planted, surrounded by a stone wall. The terrace provides a beautiful view over the valley and the bay, and it features a wooden table, deck chairs, umbrellas and clay pots with flowers. Despite the fact that the property has no external electric energy and water the house is very much advanced and fully functional. The energy is gained through solar panels, and the electricity is sufficient for normal functioning of the house. The hot water gets through a solar boiler with a capacity of 100 liters. Water is drinkable rainwater collected in a water tank. The object offers free Wi-Fi.

Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season.
The prices for 1-3 days are 30% higher.

Damage deposit / 200 EUR / It is required upon arrival and fully given back on the departure day if nothing has been damaged.

It is recommended to rent a small inflatable boat or a speedboat because then all the facilities are only a few-minute drive from the bay. During your stay in the cottage you can hire a boat 5 meter long with 8HP Mercury outboard without a boat license for an attractive price, and if you have an international boat license you can hire a bigger boat or a speedboat.

The price includes the use of all the facilities and amenities, VAT, Tourist Tax, Wi-Fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, soaps, shampoos, shower gels, final cleaning.
