On the first floor there are 4 spacious en suite double bedrooms. Each room has AC and satellite TV.

On the ground floor there is a spacious 80 square meter living room with large sofa, wide screen LCD and bar spacious indoor kitchen with every amenity. There is a large table for 10+ in the dining room and a large fireplace. Double bedroom with its own luxurious bathroom is also located in this area of the villa.

Villa also has spacious fitness corner with exercise equipment and area with relaxing sauna.

Outdoor

A marvelous 200 meter square porch that provides the most amazing NW view to the islands of Vis, Šolta, Brač and mainland Split. Right in front of the porch lounge area there is a 77 meter square heated pool. The fireplace/barbecue area is large enough for a party of up to 100 people and has a more intimate family size closed and air conditioned dining area with a large wooden table and kitchen.

Among the 1185 islands in Croatia, one is the golden island Insula Aurea-Krk island.
Located in the center of the Kvarner Bay, it is recognized as one of the most attractive tourist destinations. The mild Mediterranean climate, the favorable geographical position and the diversity of natural and cultural beauties have been called “Golden Island” in ancient times. His cultural heritage brought him another name – the cradle of Croatian culture, and by the beginning of the twentieth century – he named it the “sixth continent”.
Literally, all the roads lead to Krk: from the mainland – via Krka bridge; with seaports in harbors or harbors, and ferries to the Valbiska harbor, from the airplane at the Rijeka airport in Omišalj.
