Lighthouse for rent near Dubrovnik city: This wonderful villa on the lighthouse is situated on the cluster of islands/rocks Grebeni. Islands are near peninsula Lapad and only 5 kilometers from Dubrovnik.
In 1872. on the island, Greben lighthouse was built and it is still in function.
Recently it has been redecorated as an oasis of peace, beauty, and relaxation in the sun, clear sea, and great experience for divers and scuba divers.
Lighthouse has its own solar power and fresh water that comes from its own well.
It can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Kitchen with dining room, living room, and 2 shower/bathrooms, spacious terrace, outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers are at your disposal.
Boat with skipper is also at your disposal (with additional fee).
The boat can take you to Dubrovnik that is only 15 min away, National park Mljet, airport Ćilipi and to other locations you wish to visit.
Food and drinks are at your arrangement, but the boat driver will gladly deliver the same at an additional fee.
We change linen once a week (you do not have to take care of it).
In the lighthouse, you can have fun as much as you wish with no loudness limitations.
Although one caution is needed: at night window shutters must be closed in rooms with lights on because light can interfere with boat orientation at sea.
We will do our best to meet all your additional demands.

This amazing villa is located on the east side of island Brac, precisely in a small bay near the coastal village of Sumartin, just 30 meters away from a beach.
Accommodation in Villa: 5 bedrooms,

– 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Villa can accommodate total of 12 persons.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, air-condition, terraces, satellite TV.
The ground floor consists of a large open plan sitting area with kitchen and dining and it is open to the large pool with terraces overlooking the sea and bay.
Owners are living in the backside of the house and will be at your disposal all the time, and will prepare your buffet breakfast every morning, which is included in the price. Also, everyday cleaning is included in the price.
Owners have speedboat for excursions to other islands. A day with a boat on Hvar island is about 700 EUR.
Villa is located in a quiet bay near the coastal village of Sumartin, east side of Brac island. Sumartin can be reached by a short 20 minutes ferry line from Makarska.
Villa is a step away from the cozy pebble beach.

Holiday home with pool for rent, Istria is a quiet property with a garden and a pool, in a wonderful natural landscape. The quiet location is ideal for a relaxing holiday, as there are no discos or traffic to disturb you in the surroundings.

The house, built in 2013 and beautifully decorated, has different floors and can accommodate up to eight people within a living space of 150 m². It has three bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bedroom on the ground floor provides direct access to the outdoor area and the upper two bedrooms have their own balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, induction hob, fridge and coffee machine. Next to it there is the living room with a dining table and chairs, a TV with satellite reception and a sofa bed. The ground-floor bathroom provides a washing machine, bath and washbasin. The bathroom on the first floor consists of a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is air conditioning available on the ground floor and first floor.

The living room provides direct access to the furnished outdoor terrace with the pool area. Here there are also a grill and an outdoor shower. Two parking spaces are available on site.

The nearest restaurant is very nearby. Villa is located 6 kilometers to the nearest beach and the larger town of Umag is about 10 kilometers away.

Wi-Fi is available in the villa.

Pets are allowed!

The house can host up to 10 guests with accommodations arranged in 3 separate bedrooms plus a spacious attic space that can be converted into a sleeping area for 4 people.

The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms (two supplied with queen beds and one with 2 single beds). There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room. The front terrace is furnished with comfortable outside furniture and parasols.
The first floor offers a very spacious living room / dining room with a top of the line kitchen furnished with all appliances. A bathroom is located next to the stairs. Access is provided to three separate terraces: (1) a large front patio overlooking the sea, (2) a back terrace supplied with a full size stone barbecue and (3) a smaller side terrace. All terraces are supplied with a variety of outside furniture (including tables, chaise-lounges and parasols).
The attic has been kept as a spacious open area with two single beds on one side and a living space with a sofa bed on the other. The sofa bed can be converted in a full size queen bed.

Bol is the oldest coastal settlement on Brač. It exists in the solitude of the southern landscape, at the foot of the Bol crown and Vidova Gora the highest island peak and at the same time the highest point of all Adriatic islands (778 m).
Bol has many beautiful beaches. To the west from Bol lies the beach Zlatni rat (Golden Horn) one of the largest and most beautiful attractions of the Adriatic. Like a small tongue, it extends nearly half a kilometer into the clear blue sea.
