The air distance of the house from the sea is 230 meters.
This spacious house has a ground floor, upper floor and an outdoor area.
In the outdoor area you can find a wonderful garden for guests to enjoy, with ecologically grown herbs and a garden with fruit and vegetables, a swimming pool,  a small kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table, a perfect setting to relax, cool down and enjoy the summertime. The pool has an installed option for heating of the water and counter-swim device.

The guests have at their disposal also a jacuzzi, outdoor sauna, outdoor ping pong table, 4 bicycles ( 2 of them are electric) and darts game.

The house is modernly decorated. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, one bedroom ( en-suite) with a private bathroom, and an additional bathroom.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with various appliances for a comfortable stay: breakfast table with two bistro chairs, high-quality Miele kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hub, oven, microwave, bread baker, coffee machine, blender, mixer, juice maker and all necessary tableware and glassware and utensils.

Outside of the villa guests can enjoy a large outdoor area and a private pool. On the pool deck are sunbathing chairs and a large sun umbrella. Beach towels are also provided. There is also a garden with lots of different Mediterranean plants such as olive trees, lemons, palm trees, rosemary, lavender, etc. There is also a large lawn behind the house where there is a barbecue.

There are 3 parking spaces in front and a garage which is connected to a laundry room (dryer, iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, washing machine). Other amenities include table tennis, darts, Orbitrek, 2 bikes, and weights. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Additional services include boat transfer or car transfer from the Airport Split/ferry port, sport activities (free climbing, diving, kayaking, bike tours, trekking, windsurfing), cultural and gastro tours (wine tasting), car rental (deliver at villa), boat rental (with or without skipper, fishing…), bike rental (deliver at villa), kayak rental…
