Luxury sea view villa with pool for rent, Mlini, Dubrovnik is an exclusive luxury five star villa. The villa is situated on a hill above the bay of Mlini, just 15 minutes from Dubrovnik Airport and 10-15 minutes from UNESCO Heritage site of Dubrovnik Old Town. From April or May to October we rent entire villa for 2-12 people (price is the same regardless of how many people, as indicated in the price list) . The villa offers complete privacy and panoramic sea view.

Villa can be rented as a whole during the main season, with exception of last minute Baby cot and high chair are available.

When renting a room, you will have a private bathroom, and you can use kitchen, living room and swimming pool – but it is shared with all the guests (if there are any). Master bedroom has its own living room, terrace with a sea view, wardrobe and big bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The property extends over three floors and includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is 900 square meters of living area and 1200 square meters of land. Whole villa was renovated couple years ago and everything is brand new. Whole villa is covered with white stone.

On the ground floor there is a luxurious indoor swimming pool offering the possibility to swim while enjoying the magnificent views of the sea, bay and stunning sunsets. The pool is equipped with a whirlpool and it offers access onto a large terrace for sun bathing. Sauna and fitness are available and outside in the garden there is little pool for children.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with entrance to both a large terrace and a balcony, kitchen and dining room and the fourth bedroom. From the bedrooms and living rooms there are glorious views onto the Mediterranean garden and the blue Adriatic sea, the bay of Mlini, and nearby islands.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has satellite television, hi-fi equipment, air conditioning and bathroom. There is also a ‘walk-in wardrobe’. This floor has its own living room with a mini bar and a large balcony.

Gardener and cleaning lady are INCLUDED in the price and they work with respect of guests privacy. Cleaning is scheduled every second day for 2-3 hours (basic cleaning: changing towels, toilet paper..) – detailed cleaning is possible for extra fee.

Villa hosts offer cheaper taxi service (than regular) on call at any time if the guests wish to discover Old city or surroundings, visit the restaurants and shops etc.

Available on request (and for extra fee): chef , masseur or masseuse, rent a car or a boat trip.

Nearby you can find interesting hill called Vidova Gora, which has the highest point of all the Adriatic islands (778m), the towns of Milna, Supetar, Sutivan and Bol with the famous Bol Golden Cape beach as well as the Blaca Hermitage dating back to the 15th century located on the south of the island.
