On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with an exit to the terrace with a beautiful Sea view.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom that has a gallery with additional 3 single beds and 2 other bedrooms each with double beds and en suite bathrooms. On the second floor there is also one double-bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned, it has completely furnished kitchen and WI-FI internet.

In front of the house there is a big terrace with summer kitchen and grill. There is a deck with deck chairs and a heated pool (temperature can reach up to 26° – 27° C). Mooring for a boat is available.
