Two stone villas with pools for rent Klek Dubrovnik area – Villa is a beautiful complex of two stone villas with two private swimming pools in a small village near Klek, ideal for families and large groups who want to go on holiday together but still have their own privacy away from the crowds.
Villas are made on fields next to each other.

The nearest beach is located 900 meters from the villa.

Each Villa has its own private garden and swimming pool.

The larger villa has three apartments. Villa has three bedrooms with double beds and three living rooms with a sofa that can be pulled out into a double be. Each room/living room unit has its own kitchen and bathroom or shower.

In a smaller villa on the bottom floor is an apartment which also has a kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed for two adults) and two beautifully decorated bedrooms. And also on the second floor in kitchen with dining room and living room (sofa for 2 adults), and two nice modern bedrooms.
The entire complex together has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 5 kitchens. In the courtyard, there are two large private swimming pool and facilities for outside dining.
Also right next to the pool there is a large outdoor barbecue space for a family barbecue, cocktails or other entertainment of your choice.

Both villas are over 100 years old and refurbished hand-carved stone in the traditional style with a mix of modern and traditional. A large area around the house, guests are free to use. In front of the villa are secured parking lots.
The village is a quiet little place, with untouched nature and crystal clear sea. It is located about one hour north of Dubrovnik and is an ideal base for day trips in the town of Ston, vineyards on the Peljesac peninsula, the island of Korcula, Medjugorje and Mostar in Bosnia.

Both Villas can be rented together as a complex of 12 to 24 people max.

Villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan sitting and dining space in which to entertain. This spacious floor is graced with large windows to make the best of the lovely views of the pool and surrounding landscape. A vintage Chesterfield green leather sofa faces a grand traditional stone fireplace while the big mahogany dining table came from Italy. An Indian antique dining cabinet is the perfect match to the traditional stone wall opening into the kitchen. The Modern hi-tech kitchen is equipped with the top of the range Miele appliances – hob, steam oven, grill, oven, microwave, huge American fridge/freezer with ice-maker.
