Suitable for a group of friends, families with children, small business meetings or art colony and special occasions (weddings, promotions, honeymoon, …). Pets are welcome.

The seafront position of the house, along with the large terrace, will provide you with a wonderful view that overlooks the Vis bay and the gorgeous sunset view over the Adriatic sea. The sea is seconds away and reachable from the yard, where only a few steps are keeping you from the beach. The restaurants, cafe bars, grocery, bakeries, tourist agencies and other are pretty close as well, just a few minutes walk away – about 200m.

All apartments have a kitchen,a private bathroom, air conditioning, SAT TV, Wi-Fi…

Each mini kitchen, equipped with a sink, a fridge, an electrical mini oven and the necessary pans and crockery, offers you the opportunity to prepare your own food as you do at home. If you wish, a microwave oven, food processor and other kitchen aids are also available.

Depending on which apartment you choose, or which is available, the bathroom has a shower cubicle, and/or a bathtub (140 cm). The apartment A1 has a Jacuzzi bathtub with hydro-massage. All bathrooms have a medicine cabinet and a hair drier.

Othe activities can be organized upon request.
Organised or independent trips, renting rowing boats, diving, riding, sailing, hill-walking, paragliding, water scooters or bicycle hire, and evening trips, are just some of the activities we can help you with. Stone house with pool for rent Bol Brac is a newly renovated property, in 2012. The house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house with swimming pool and it is located in a quiet part of Bol. The nearest beach and the town center are only a short stroll away (distance 300 m). It has parking, a terrace overlooking Bol and the sea, and an outdoor kitchen.

Indoors, the villa features a dining/living room and kitchen which opens onto the spacious terrace with a private swimming pool.

On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom and bathroom with a terrace, from which stairs lead down to the main terrace.

On the second floor, there is a studio with two single beds, another bathroom and a loggia with stunning views.

The sofa can be converted into another bed if required.

The house can host up to 14 guests with accommodations arranged in 4 separate bedrooms plus a spacious attic space that can be converted into a sleeping area for 4 people.

The ground floor offers a very spacious living room/dining room with a top of the line kitchen furnished with all appliances. A bedroom with a single bed (plus one pull-out bed) is located opposite a bathroom and a separate laundry room.
