The waterfront villa is surrounded by a beautiful 400m2 garden full of Dalmatian plants. In the garden, you can find an open air shower as well as a fireplace.

Apart from the ground floor, there are 2 more floors. Ground floor (25m2) is conceptualized as a separate apartment, while the first and second floor has a common entrance. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. The first floor (75m2) of the villa consists of one double bedroom and one single bedroom, two bathrooms equipped with washing machines, kitchen with a dishwasher and a living room with access to satellite TV. The living room has an exit to two spacious terraces (30m2) with a beautiful view of the sea, perfect for relaxation. The second floor (50m2) has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms, and one single bedroom, bathroom, living room and an exit to two smaller terraces. Villa is very spacious and well equipped perfect place to spend your family vacation.

Inside
Villa opens out onto the Adriatic sea with spectacular views from every room. The entrance is a symbol of artistry with designer furniture and massive light. All doors slide back seamlessly offering an indoor-outdoor feel.

Two large master suites and bathrooms are found on this level, with 2-meter super king beds dressed in high thread count bedlinen.

A floating staircase takes you to the middle level where you will find three master suite bedrooms (one with extra single bed) all with 2-meter super king beds and attached Italian bathrooms, two of which have designer bathtubs and push back doors to enjoy the view of the sea from your bathtub.

The media room is found on this level – with a 2-meter satellite TV and fuss ball table along with comfortable sitting options.

All beds can be converted to large singles if needed.

The ground floor offers cellar (complete with wine for guests to purchase), full gym, infrared sauna, bathroom.

On this level, two kitchens can be found as well as a large laundry room and another bathroom.

The main elegant sitting room with 4-meter squishy leather sofa is on the ground floor which opens out to large terraces with dining and sitting options as well as the infinity-edge pool with endless swimming machine.

Outside:
Villa offers the finest Italian furniture throughout including all the terrace furniture. The divine infinity pool sits on the first terrace with plenty of comfortable chairs and daybeds plus the large family dining setting for 14 people.

The second terrace down offers handcrafted Hammock and Swinging POD chairs, with steps to the sea and lush gardens, a perfect place to relax.

The Dalmatian coast is best explored via boat as many archeological sites and small towns are on other islands. Our boat and skipper (directly in front of the villa) are able to take guests to these wonderful sites as well as small grill restaurants and famous towns nearby.

Nearby diversions

The villa is ideally located for exploring the beaches and islands of the Dalmatian Coast. There are a few small beaches within the bay itself with many more in nearby coves. However, no matter where you go you may be sure you will find perfectly transparent, clean unpolluted sea.
There are nine small fishing harbors to explore on the island plus several inland villages. Each has its own attractive character.
The closest restaurant is roughly 100 meters away. It is a small family restaurant which is only open during the summer. It also delivers food to the villa if required.
There are several restaurants in Sumartin which is approximately 1 km away at the other side of the bay. There are a couple of restaurants within 20 minutes that are only accessible by boat.
There are a number of restaurants in nearby villages with the largest concentration in the town of Bol which is approximately 20 km away.
The villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbor.

Villa consists of four separate apartments but it is rented as a single unit with garden and swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 15 people.

The first apartment (55 m2) consists of a dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 m2), a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is a built-in tub and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa can be used as a double pull-out bed in the sitting room area.

It consists of three floors on a total of 240 square meters and has a garden divided into few levels leading towards the sea.

The first floor has three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a double bed (160×200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom that consists of a shower cabin and a separate toilet. Second bedroom offers two single beds (90×200 cm) convertible into a double bed if needed. The third bedroom also has a double bed (180×200 cm). On this floor, there is another bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. All the bedrooms have a view of the sea and islands of Hvar and Vis and partly view to the garden.

The ground floor of the villa consists of a large living room with a sofa convertible to a bed for two, dining room with table for 8 and an open plan kitchen and a storage room. Kitchen is equipped with large fridge, stove oven, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, and mixer. There is one bathroom with bathtub and toilet on this floor.
In the living room, guests have a large TV with Satellite programs, Wii console, iPod dock, DVD and free wireless internet throughout the house.
Each bedroom and the living room have a separate air conditioning unit and in each bedroom, guests can set different temperature.

In the basement of the villa, guests can find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The living room has glass walls that open onto a terrace and at the front, there is a summer kitchen, a table for 8 people and the stairs leading to the grill.

Stairs from the terrace lead to the sun loungers and parasols and to the ‘private pier’ with pool stairs leading to the sea. Each house in the bay has its own pier, so it’s a quiet private beach.

The house is located at 2km from the village of Milna where you can find all the necessary facilities, in the Osibova bay there are no shops, cafes, and restaurants so it is advisable that guests arrive by car.

To protect your peace and privacy, Brac Villa is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool. The position of the villa in the center of Sumartin on Brac means that it is close to shops, restaurants and coffee bars, and the nearest beach is a ten-minute walk away. It is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural bounties and delicacies of Brac Island. Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Bol, which has a lively nightlife and plenty of sporting activities.
