Historical Value: Holiday Villa for rent in Trogir is situated inside the historic nucleus of the city rich in cultural heritage, protected by UNESCO; it is situated next to the church of St. Peter, in the street which owes its name to one of the most famous sculptures from Renaissance times.
The house was built in the 14th century, and its historical value, as well as the one of the area it is situated in, forced the owner to start its reconstruction, and has achieved in giving it its antique look: a family house has become a five accommodating units villa.
The interior redesign follows sistematically its antique look by using the traditional materials which, being combined with the modern technology, are ideal for a perfect holiday of a modern man.
All bedrooms are furnished in the combination of stone walls, mahagony floor, oak tree beds, hand made wardrobes, details of wrought iron, paintings of eminent painters, and the latest technology (LCD TV, SAT, air condition in each room…)
The windows have the church of St. Peter view from the southern part and one of the oldest houses built by Nicolo of Florence view from the northern part.
Its reconstruction lasted for two years and it was open for public in July 2005, as a place which offers tourist services with four double bedrooms, the apartment A+2 and a breakfast room.
For your ideal holiday in the summer time there is also an international competition of young tenors, whereas in the winter time due to very mild climate one can enjoy in going for walks in the city nucleus as well as in nearby tourist destinations.
The interior design of the bedrooms and the appartment of the villa is enriched with the Meditterranean style of antique times combined with the modern technology. Oak tree beds, mahagonz floor and details made of wrought iron guarantee you a pleasant vacation. Apart from being marked with numbers, the bedrooms and the appartment are characterized with the names of fruit typical for this region: grapes, an olive, a fig, a cherry, a lemon. All are decorated with the paintings of eminent painters.
Following the needs and requires of a modern man, the villa is equipped with the modern technology like air conditioning, LCD TV, SAT TV and a safe. There are two air conditions in the apartment as well as a fully furnished kitchen. The whole villa has been designed and equipped in order to show its guests the way of living in this area and to satisfy all your needs and requests.

The villa is situated near the coast with a wonderful view of the open sea. Two-bed and four-bed apartments are luxuriously furnished and have separe entrances. Each apartment has a satellite TV, with a computer and fax machine available on request. there is, in each apartment, a well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath or shower, toilet and a balcony with view on to the sea. The villa also has a summer terrace with swimming pool.
The salon with bar is a place for socialising. Space fitted with a large grill is provided for grill-parties. Your car will be safe on our parking area. Boats and surf-boards can be stored in a storage space provided.

Villa is a new building, constructed in 2002. It is situated on a private peninsula in the beautiful small village with rich history and tradition.
Villa is built on yet smaller (37000 m2) peninsula, which has been in possession of our family for 300 years. This little private oasis in the middle of untouched nature and surrounded by crystal clean sea guaranties our dear gests absolute peace and calm while on holiday. We are offering you two completely equipped, large 140 m2 apartments. The Experience of mild Mediterranean climate, as well as the Mediterranean cuisine is guarantee of pleasurable and quality holiday.
There are two large 140m2 apartments having a living-room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms each with bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms massage pillar is installed and the other has massage tub. There can also be found a launderette, washing and drying machine and an extra toilet in each of the two apartments.
Furthermore each building has 60 m2 large terraces with a view of the sea . All the room are air-conditioned.
Other technical devices at your service are TV, SAT, VHS, CD. In the kitchen our guests can find microwave, oven, dishwasher and other appliances.

The complex consists 2 villas to provide you an ideal home for a group of friends or family of up to 10 people.
Villa A. was originally built in 1810 year, and renovated in 2006.
The ground surface of the villa is 83 m2 and consists of ground and first floors, which are connected with internal wooden staircase. The ground floor is 40m2 kitchen, dining room and bathroom and one room with a sofa bed for two. On the floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate entrance. Villa A. is scheduled to receive 6 people. The whole villa is air conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi Internet and cable television. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas, electricity, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine). In the courtyard of the villa there is an outdoor swimming pool of approximately 7.3 x 3.5 m, covered terrace for a pleasant evening socializing. There is also the great barbecue.

Villa B. is a small stone house 40m2, suitable for 4 people. It was built in year 1900., and renovated in year 2010. Villa B. is a two floor building which containing a triple room, bathroom and antique interior stairs to the floor where is the kitchen with a sofa bed for two. The kitchen has an exit to a covered terrace with beautiful sea views, also in the yard is a swimming pool and large covered terrace. Villa B. is decorated in traditional dalmatian architectural style. The villa is air conditioned and equipped with wi-fi internet and satellite television. Except the additional pool facilities that are located in the courtyard are children’s playground and a small bowling alley for adults.

Both villas have their own private parking which is only 4m from the complex.
The resort is far from the sea about 180m. Nearby there are supermarkets, and on the promenade by the sea there are two restaurants that serve dishes of meat or fish. The beach is located 180m below the complex is gravel, and offers a variety of entertainment options (jet-ski, paragliding, banana …). The promenade through the village is approximately 5 km long and offers a great way to relax with a long walk along the sea coast with sounds of the waves … If you are interested in walking to the famous mountain slope, all you need is get in the car, drive 1.5 km to the north and you reach the gravel road with a magnificent view of the islands of Brac, Hvar and Makarska Riviera.
