Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 8+2 capacity. Three rooms have a terrace, swimming pool and the fourth bedroom has access to the north western part of the terrace. Villa has its own gym, satellite and Internet access. Swimming pool has dimensions of 6x3m.

In the villa there is a spacious bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, bathtub, and a second bathroom with massage shower.

2 solar showers are installed on the terrace by the pool and on the second part of the terrace is a barbecue.

Bonasini is a charming little village, built from stone with 10 inhabitants – a very peaceful place for a relaxing holiday. Is is positioned on a sunny hill, sourrounded with forest in untouched nature, so the location is perfect for outdoor activities. Pula airport in only 15 km away.
Pula (15 km ) is the main regional town in Istra with an excellent selection of restaurants and an atractive shopping area. Take a stroll through Pula and experince the streets and squaresin the old town, some of the have been preserved since the Roman times. The stunning amphitheatre dates back to the 1st century AD and is the sixth largest in the world. The towncentre is about a 10-minute drive from Pula aiport.
Fazana is a small coastal town, 15 km from Bonasini, with a harbour from where tourist boats take you (15 min) to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia – Brioni. Fazana has a large pebble beach whith a possibility of numerous water sports and activities.
Vodnjan (8 km away) is a typical medieval town with an interesting architectural pattern: the houses of the town also create the city walls and used to serve as a defence. The main square boasts with a breathtaking baroque church and a number of restaurants and a new sport park with tennis courts.
St. Vicenat (7km away) is also known as Savicenta, a charming quiet small town in central Istria. This town is centred around a number of beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and the fortified monarh house. It is home to some lovely beaches, including that rarity in Croatia – sandy beaches! (Check out Trstenica Beach in particular.) The area is also a suitable location for a range of activities, including surfing and diving.

Orebić is in the heart of Croatian wine country. The entire peninsula is prime wine growing territory, and there are many beautiful wineries all over the island.
Orebić has a lot of of lovely little beaches, some sandy and some shingly, bordered by groves of tamarisk and pine.

Holiday Villa with a Pool, Kastelir, Istria

Upon entering this villa you are greeted by a spacious living room, featuring a large fireplace, that easily accommodates a party of eight. Villa is situated in a very quiet area on the edge of a small Istrian settlement near Kastelir. The village is surrounded by lovely trails and cycle routes through vineyards and hills and is a wonderful place of relaxation. Food and wine is very cheap and available on your request.

The villa is in the relative vicinity of Porec, a town renowned since the times of the Roman Empire. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and facing the Mediterranean Sea, the villa offers spectacular views. The entire house is on one level. There are no stairs.

Villa has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and a third one has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning cooling/heating and African parquet. There are 2 bathrooms, one master bathroom with shower, wc and bidet and a smaller ensuite bathroom. In the kitchen you can find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, fridge, freezer, a toaster, coffee machine, a heating water machine and a washing machine. In the living room are 2 sofa beds for 6 person. There is a fire place and a dining table for 8 persons. Villa has a big 50″ plasma TV+ a home cinema with many preloaded movies. There are also quite a few satellite programs.

Bedlinen, bath and pool towel sets are provided for your use. Extra service may be requested upon your wishes. Cot is available on your request.

The swimming pool and the garden (900 m2 with a very old olive tree) are maintained once a week. Pool is suitable for children but they must be supervised around pool area. Swimming pool size is 8×4 m x 1.6 m with automatic cleaning system. Terrace is covered and is equipped with table and 6 very comfortable wooden chairs. 6 deck wooden chairs are available near the swimming pool. Several meters beside is a barbecue.

Car rental is essential. Private parking is on the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outside. Safe is available for your valuables. Cold drink water is available and free.

Porec city is 10km from the house with many beaches and beautiful clear water. Porec has a very old roman town and basilica. From there you can easily visit Venezia by fast boat.
There is a 18 hole golf course on Brijuni island. 6 hole golf course in Motovun, 18 hole championship course at Kempinski Hotel Golf Club, 20 minutes drive away from villa. Paragliding is very close and 2 bicycles are available and free.

Nearest airport is Pula, which is 50 minutes drive on very good motorways. Pula has a beautiful roman amphitheater.
