Building land for sale with sea view, Primosten, Sibenik

(L-GZ-PR-SP)

Building land for sale with sea view, Primosten, Sibenik

Building land for sale in village Supljak above Primosten. 2200 m2 plot, 3 km from the sea, great view.

In the past, Primošten was situated on the islet close to the mainland. During the Turkish invasions in 1542 the islet was protected by the walls and towers and a draw bridge connected it to the mainland. When the Turks retreated, the draw bridge was replaced by the causeway and in 1564 the settlement was named Primošten after the Croatian verb primostiti (to span).
It is built on a hill and is dominated by the parish church of St. George which was built in 1485 and restored in 1760 close to the local graveyard from which a unique view spreads to the sea and the surroundings.
Primošten is famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards. A photo of the vineyards of Primošten hung in the UN center in New York. Apart from its vineyards, Primošten is also known for the traditional donkey race that takes place there every summer. The largest beach in Primošten is called Raduča, and its smaller part, Mala Raduča, is voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia. The area’s vineyards are currently under consideration to become a UNESCO World Heritage site.

It is not problematic to reach the top, either by car or by hiking if you are looking for a bit more active vacation, and when you get there you are free to enjoy the view over to the Zlatni Rat Beach on Brac, Hvar island and others. The small island of Solta is an island in the central Dalmatia in the Adriatic Sea. It is situated only 9 nautical miles south away from Split, west of the island Brac and east of the Drvenik islands. Due to its close position to Split and regular daily ferry lines or catamaran arriving to the harbor of Rogac, it has good connections to the mainland of Croatia and furthermore to the rest of the Europe. There is a number of settlements for you to base yourself in Solta.
There are large bays of Rogac and Necujam, with Necujam being the youngest settlement on the island and considered the most beautiful bay on Solta with crystal clear sea and shadows coming from the pine wood trees. Grohote is the oldest and largest town on Solta abounding with the rusty Mediterranean charm with narrow streets and a church with fresco paintings from the 14th century and a church of St. Stephen’s.  If you were to explore the architecture of the Mediterranean’s past, Solta’s Gornje Selo is a place to go to, with a stone castle and two towers nesting in the town center.

Land for sale near sea, Rogoznica area

(L-S-TR-TG)

Land for sale near sea, Rogoznica area

Land for sale near sea, Rogoznica area located on the 3rd row only 50m from the sea. This land has a plot of  480 m2.

Rogoznica is a quiet but popular tourist village on the coast of Croatia at the end of North Dalmatia, located around 30 km from Šibenik and 55 km from Split and hidden in a deep bay sheltered from the wind. Most of the island is covered with forests, while the centre shows old stone houses, witnessing the whiff of the Mediterranean. It was once a small island called Kopara where Rogoznica was rested, however the island was artificially connected to the mainland, creating a peninsula in the second half of the 19th century.

The depth of the bay creates a shelter from the wind and makes it one of the safest harbour on the Croatian coast. It is therefore very convenient to berth small or large boats in Marina “Frapa”, one of the prettiest marinas in the Adriatic with a total of 450 berths, but you can also arrive with the car while driving the local roads or highway. The marina is very well equipped, with cafes, restaurants, a sports centre, swimming pools and a nightclub so it is as well, central to the events occuring in this area. The length of the coast of Rogoznica measures up to 54 km, offering a large number of beaches for tourist to choose from, most of which are sandy or rocky, and some hidden well to give you a place just for yourself to enjoy the escape from the crowds and the hassle.

Some of the beaches are shallow, making them suitable for families with small children or bad swimmers, and some are suitable for adventurous lovers of the sea. Near the beaches there are restaurants and cafes so you can refresh yourself according to your needs and wishes.

Korčula (Greek: Κόρκυρα Μέλαινα, Latin: Corcyra Nigra, Korkyra Melaina, Old-Slavic Krkar, Venetian and Italian Curzola) is an island in the Adriatic Sea, in the Dubrovnik-Neretva county of Croatia. The island has an area of 279 km2 (108 sq mi); 46.8 km (29.1 mi) long and on average 7.8 km (4.8 mi) wide — and lies just off the Dalmatian coast. Its 16,182 (2001) inhabitants make it the second most populous Adriatic island after Krk. The population are mainly ethnic Croats (96.77% ).

KORCULA CITY – The birthplace of Marco Polo was built on the foundations of a Greek colony, and is the historical and tourist centre of the largest island in the Dubrovnik region. It is famous for its streets that are shaped in the form of a fish bone and well-preserved Gothic and Renaissance buildings.
Among them stands out the Cathedral of sv. Marko [St. Mark], whose rich interior guards the works of great Italian painters. The people of Korčula have preserved their customs and the medieval knight’s game “Moreška” that takes place on the town streets. The gentle Mediterranean cuisine will challenge the palates of even the most fastidious gourmets.

Along with the gifts of the sea (mussels, fish, crabs), delicious desserts such as Cukarin, the Dubrovnik cakes rožata and klašun go very well with the local Korčula wines – Grk, Pošip, Plavac and Rukatac.

Near the town of Korčula, there is an archipelago of 20 uninhabited islands covered with dense thicket, and an accessible coastline. Here is also the slightly larger islet of Badija with its pebble beaches and beautiful Franciscan monastery.
