Two ruin houses for sale on Brac island are located in an old abandoned village that has about 15-20 stone houses and ruins located 150 m from the bay coast. Village is under protection and it is not possible to build new houses except renovating the old ones.

Čiovo is located in central Dalmatia, protecting the city of Trogir and Kaštela gulf.
