Outside of this stone villa is a swimming pool along with deck chairs and an outside dining area.
Guests can use bicycles for free.

On the inside of the villa you will found two bedrooms with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. One bedroom with two single beds along with en suite bathroom, and one bedroom with one single bed and a king size bed. This sea view villa also offers a kitchen and a dining room with table for 8 guests, large living room with private balcony and private terraces. It is fully equipped with all the necessities such ah barbecue, washing machine, satellite TV, fridge and HIFI system.

This new built villa is organised in two story’s with total living space of 220m2. It can accommodate up to 9 guests. Outside you can find a private swimming pool next to which is a sunbathing area. There is also a covered terrace with a lounge and a dining area. The villa is surrounded with big garden that overlooks the sea and it is full of trees and Mediterranean plant life.

The inside of this new built villa consists of four bedrooms. First bedroom has a king size bed, a sofa and an en suite bathroom. Second room has a king size bed, an additional one person bed and an en suite bathroom. Third room has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the fourth one has two one person beds. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, dish washer, fridge, freezer and a dining area. There is a living room with LCD/SAT tv.

Free WI-FI is available on the whole property. The house is fully air conditioned.
Only one pet is allowed with an additional charge of 10€ per day.
There is free private parking on the property.

The small island of Solta is an island in the central Dalmatia in the Adriatic Sea. Due to its close position to Split and regular daily ferry lines or catamaran arriving to the harbor of Rogac, it has good connections to the mainland of Croatia and furthermore to the rest of the Europe.

The ground floor of this house consists two bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 single bed and 1 double bed. On the first floor you will find a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, sofa bed and a terrace with a sea view. It is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities like refrigerator, BBQ facilities, oven, washing machine. The villa offers 2 bicycles to the guests.

The island of Vis is a small Croatian pearl hiding in the Adriatic sea as the most distant inhabited island from the mainland of Central Dalmatia. The island is a favorite to many who just wish to enjoy their holiday with relaxation, and Vis, still undiscovered by the big masses of tourists, is a perfect destination. Electricity is limited so you can charge small devices and mobile phones, it is not allowed to use a microwave and hair dryer.
