Sea view villa with pool Murter : This amazing villa is located on the island of Murter in a peaceful location with a great view over the sea.
The air distance of the house from the sea is 230 meters.
This spacious house has a ground floor, upper floor and an outdoor area.
In the outdoor area you can find a wonderful garden for guests to enjoy, with ecologically grown herbs and a garden with fruit and vegetables, a swimming pool,  a small kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table, a perfect setting to relax, cool down and enjoy the summertime. The pool has an installed option for heating of the water and counter-swim device.

The guests have at their disposal also a jacuzzi, outdoor sauna, outdoor ping pong table, 4 bicycles ( 2 of them are electric) and darts game.

The house is modernly decorated. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, one bedroom ( en-suite) with a private bathroom, and an additional bathroom.
The upper floor has a gym, three bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a Jacuzzi for the whole floor. Each bedroom has its own terrace and provides you with a great view, either on the island of Murter, or over to the sea.

All rooms are equipped with SAT TV.
There are no additional sofa beds in the common spaces.
There are 4 bedrooms, three of which have one double bed, and the fourth room has a bunk bed, accommodating 8 people in total.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Baby cot available on request.
Air conditioning, washing machine and WiFi provided.
