The whole ground floor area is framed with tall double doors that lead into spacious terrace of approx. 30 m2.

Ground floor area and first floor are interconnected with internal staircase. On the first floor are three double bedrooms: one of them is equipped with matrimonial bed and the other two with two twin beds. The southern bedroom with two twin beds has access into amazing terrace (15 m2) equipped with sitting furniture and with spectacular sea view. This floor also has very comfort bathroom.

In the outer part of the villa there is a comfort terrace framed alongside its entire length. The central part of this terrace is occupied by beautiful swimming pool (24 m2) with sunbathing area. The pool is automatically disinfected and can be covered during the winter. This whole platform is additionally embellished with night-lights that create an amazing effect. In this section there is also terrace with unique fireplace and large dining garniture , that is perfect for preparation of various grilled dishes and for having friendly and family gatherings in the open air in really unique ambience. Villa is fully air conditioned and has central floor heating. Villa gains central hot water through solar collectors. Villa has SAT TV, Internet access, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove with 4 ceramic plates, fridge / freezer/ice, microwave, kettle, hood, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Floor heating is of Rotex brand. It is powered by solar collectors. In addition, there is electrical heating installed, which is managed from inside the house. There is a central boiler (500 L capacity, boiler-in-boiler type) which is also powered by solar collectors and during the winter the boiler is heated with conventional electricity.

Air-conditioning is of Fuji brand which offers heating as well as cooling in the ground floor and on the first floor.

Bathrooms are equipped with Geberit and Grohe brand lavatory systems as well as first class italian made ceramics. Doors within the house are all top class Troha Dil SOFT brand. Metalwork outside, which includes all window shutters are all made of thermoinsulating material. The roof is tiled with Bramac roof tiles and there are copper gutters around for rain water drainage. The facade of the house is made of 10 cm thick silicon thermoinsulation material.

Inside of the house is a fireplace connected to a chimney that pulls the air from outside of the house. TV, Internet and phone connection sockets are available in all of the rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a Side-by-Side two-door refrigerator with cold water and ice dispensers.

On the first floor is also possible to install a kitchen.

House also has lightning rod which offers protection from lighting strikes. There is an auxiliary water tank with electric pump also.
