Sea view villa for rent Cavtat Dubrovnik: The villa consists of a 3 story construction with 3 separate front terraces overlooking the sea and a covered garage.

The house can host up to 14 guests with accommodations arranged in 4 separate bedrooms plus a spacious attic space that can be converted into a sleeping area for 4 people.

The ground floor offers a very spacious living room/dining room with a top of the line kitchen furnished with all appliances. A bedroom with a single bed (plus one pull-out bed) is located opposite a bathroom and a separate laundry room. A large covered terrace furnished with outdoor furniture (table, chairs and chaise-longue) provides comfort in the shade.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and two with single beds – one of which also offer two extra pull out beds). There are also 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a full size tub. The front terrace is furnished with comfortable outside furniture and umbrellas.
The attic has been kept as a spacious open area with a queen bed on one side and a living space with a sofa bed on the other. The sofa bed can be converted in a full size queen bed.

Prices above are intended on a per night basis based on a 4 night minimum stay. All taxes and fees are included.
Security deposit: 400€ refundable deposit is due before your arrival and will be refunded at the time of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the premises.
