On the ground floor, there is an apartment with one double-bed bedroom, large dining room with a kitchen (fully furnished with a built-in dishwasher), bathroom (shower, WC, wash-basin), direct access to the swimming pool and the seashore.
On the top floor, there are two double-bed bedrooms, each with a bathroom (shower tub, WC, wash-basin, washing machine) and air condition. Especially air-conditioned large living-dining room with a kitchen (fully furnished with a built-in dishwasher) and two terraces, covered and open with access from the living room and bedroom as well.
This house has its own jetty for mooring a boat and parking place.
This house is also air-conditioned furnished with modern functional furniture, deck chairs, satellite TV, DVD, stereo HiFi. Equally beautiful and exciting view on the calm blue sea as well as a glittering reflection of the evening sunset. In the night you can see countless stars while in summer the constellation Orion-Vega is visible above the house.
