Old watermill for sale, Trogir, Croatia
This fortified water-mill from the Renaissance is an elongated structure with a two-floor tower at the centre.
Old stone castle/watermill dating from the 16th century located 3 km from the centre of the UNESCO protected city of Trogir and 3 km from Split international airport, and about 25 km from the city of Split, Split-Dalmatia county.
The property has been completely renovated recently.
The area of the building is about 500 m2 and the area of the land with water is 12.000 m2.
The watermill has of three main rooms. The main door at the rear opens on to a large room (now serves as restaurant) that has extensive exposed stone walls and an attractive glass roof at one end, bringing light into this large interior and offers views of the tower above. There are further ample storage and food preparation areas to the rear.
Immediately to the right of the main door, there are two separate doorways, one leading into a room with a stunning part-glass floor looking down to the small waterfall below. The roof slopes down quite sharply with restricted headroom at one end.
The property is on the river bordering between the river and the sea, so it is mainly surrounded by water. There is a road access for cars of about 4 m wide. There is also a place for growing fish.

Stari kameni dvorac / vodenica datira iz 16. stoljeća, nalazi se 3 km od centra grada pod zaštitom UNESCO- Trogira , te 3 km od zračne luke Split , a oko 25 km od grada Splita , Splitsko-dalmatinske županije .
Objekt je potpuno renoviran .
Površina objekta je oko 500 m2 , a površina zemljišta s vodom je 12.000 m2 .
Vodenica ima tri glavna sobe . Glavna vrata na stražnjem otvara se u velikoj sobi ( sada služi kao restoran ) koja ima velike kamene zidovi i atraktivan stakleni krov na jednom kraju , donoseći svjetlo u velikoj unutrašnjosti i nudi pogled na toranj iznad .
Odmah na desno od glavnog ulaza , postoje dva odvojena ulaza , jedan vodeći u sobu s pogledom na mali slap ispod . Krov se spušta vrlo oštro s ograničenim prostorom na vrhu na jednom kraju .
Objekt se nalazi na rijeci na granici između rijeke i mora , tako da je uglavnom okružen vodom . Tu je cestovni pristup za automobile oko 4 m širine . Tu je i mjesto za uzgoj ribe .
