Villa accommodates 6 people in three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor. The entire ground floor features a spacious living room area with a fireplace and fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area. Its unique location and a beautiful design provide amazing views of green Istrian hills and nature. From the bedroom to the kitchen, everything was furnished and decorated with care and great attention to detail, so that you can feel comfortable and relaxed. You will love the outdoor area with a big hydro massage and infinity heated swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view. You can prepare delicious meals for your friends or family on a charcoal barbecue and dine outside with the view of the breathtaking nature. Villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars, and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday in a perfect location. Villa added a microwave and hair straightener to its equipment.

The villa has EcoDomus certificate, a marking programme carried out by the Istrian Region Administrative Department for Tourism with the aim of increasing both social and environmental awareness in tourism. The programme is well in sync with global sustainability goals and guarantees overall environs and health safety. Facilities bearing the EcoDomus mark have complied with at least 50 basic criteria within the 12 different categories: management and communication, water, waste, interior and exterior, local values, hygiene, energy, noise and light pollution, food and drink, maintenance, cleaning and disinfection, and mobility.

With the joy of the new day, we offer you breakfast that our hostess Elisa prepares just for you in our kitchen.
Freshly baked homemade bread prepared by nonna Albina still warm when delivered to the villa.
Our neighbor Marija‘s backyard free-range chicken eggs prepared for you by Elisa and served with extra virgin olive oil produced from olives grown on the estate. Enjoy a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade Istrian marmalades, Istrian ricotta, ham, yogurt, milk. We offer a large selection of tea and will prepare Nespresso coffee or cappuccino for you.

Breakfast Price – 190 Kuna per person, and applies to all adults staying in a villa.
Since the villa is located in the truffle area, in truffle season we are able to offer omelet or scrambled eggs with truffles, at an additional cost. Price is defined on request, depending on the seasonal price trend of truffles. For children, up to 7 years, breakfast is free of charge, for children from 7 to 12, there is a 50% discount.
