This beautiful holiday villa is situated a little outside a peaceful, little village Mocici, just 14 km from the town of Dubrovnik. This small village in the sunny south of Croatia is a perfect choice for those who want to have a relaxing holiday with absolute privacy, and enjoy far away from tourist noise and big, crowded towns. It is positioned in an ideal location in the midst of a hilly forest landscape. This amazing villa is about 30 minutes’ walk away from the nearest beach where you can enjoy the crystal clear Adriatic water. The nearest airport is the airport Dubrovnik, only 1.5 km away. There is a beautiful and unique town of Cavtat, on 2.9 km distance from the villa, which is well known for its amazing beaches, historical and rich cultural heritage, and it is full of shops, colorful markets, and gastronomy.

This exceptional villa can accommodate 7 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have a double bed & 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds), equipped with bedside tables, reading lamps, cupboards with storage space. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The other bathroom is shared with the other 2 bedrooms, and it is also fitted as the en-suite bathroom. There is a separate guest toilet too. This villa has a spacious living room with all that is necessary like a TV with cable and satellite channels, a corner sofa suite made of leather & matching stools. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine & a dining area. Bedrooms and living room have access to the big sunny balcony which is furnished with a table, chairs, loungers and affords an extensive panoramic view of the natural landscape. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. In the garden, surrounded by parasols and loungers is a private pool that can be illuminated at night. The traditional stone grill is n the roofed terrace with an outdoor kitchen so you can enjoy your tasty meals under the starry sky. The whole place is air-conditioned, provides free Wi-Fi, and secure parking for guests.

As a little extra, the owner provides bicycles for use, free of charge during your stay. You can explore trails right near the villa and explore the amazing landscape. The owner can also arrange trips on request. If you are interested, indicate it at the time of booking.
