Gorgeous Premium Holiday Villa, Trogir Area(750m2) is surrounded with palms and Mediterranean plants in a lush garden of 650 m2 with fountain, sun decks, grill and place for outdoor dining. The quiet environment, pine forest and breathtaking views of the blue Adriatic together with the opportunity to lounge on the spacious terrace makes this villa as a great place to relax as it is situated only 100 m from the sea (a few minutes walking distance).

Beach in front of villa is full of pebbles, pine trees forming a natural shade, making it the ideal place for your vacation. On warm summer evenings panorama of Kaštela Bay in front of you provides a memorable image of your vacation.

Villa has 3 separate apartments (rated 4 stars)  and one big living room (300 sqm) with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, a terrace which can be common for all guests. It has a deluxe suite (185 m2), 2 luxurious apartments each for 2+1 adult or 2 adult + 2 children (50 m2), 3 double rooms with balconies with sea view, an indoor swimming pool (28 m2 ), mini wellness center complete with sauna, Jacuzzi, red light room for rest, solarium, massage table, small gym space and a small beauty center.

There is air conditioning in every room, wireless, SAT/T, phone, internet, fax, scanner with printer, DVD player and home cinema. Balconies and terraces are with direct sea view. There is a bar with a coffee machine (espresso machine), piano and a small living room for relaxing and entertainment. All kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, water heater, stove…

On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and table for ironing.

Additional costs in winter time: from 1.10 till 31.05. additional costs if you choose heated swimming pool ; costs are 100 Euro per day, and for air-condition is 100 Euro per day (for whole villa), 35 Euro per day (for apartment).

Fish restaurant, with Dalmatian specialties, meat restaurant, pizzeria, cocktail bar on the beach, big supermarket with fruit and vegetables and all necessary groceries are also 100 meters away.

Across the bridge that connects Trogir with the island of Ciovo, 4 km driving on the beach in the shade of pine trees, you arrive in a small sea front village with only 500 inhabitants. Situated between Trogir and Slatine, locals will offer you their hospitality in restaurants, taverns and caffes on the beach. In historic city of Trogir enjoy Dalmatian specialties served on the beautiful terraces on the sea front, walk in narrow stone streets of old city, visit UNESCO’s protected heritage of this old town.
