Komarna is a quiet and safe place, away from the main road. The population of Komarna is engaged with agriculture, fishing and mainly tourism, so Komarna has a large offer of private accommodation. Modern houses and villas, pebble beaches and a beautiful views enable everyone to relax and enjoy the nature.

Thanks to good road connections and area rich in natural beauty and history, you have the possibility of one-day excursions to Dubrovnik, Split, Korcula, Mljet, Peljesac Peninsula, Medjugorje, Mostar, Bacinska lakes. Basic groceries can be bought in a store located in the center of the village. Large shopping centers and supermarkets can be found in Opuzen (7 km), Metkovic (16 km) or Neum (5 km).
