Sea View Apartment for rent, Split is located only 300 meters from the sea, offering a wonderful sea view over the hotel in the vicinity. This self-catering apartment is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi. The apartment consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, closed terrace, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the large living room, there is a table and two sofas, dining table for 4 to 6 people and a working corner with a separate table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with kitchenware, an oven with a stove top, kettle, toaster etc. There is a closed terrace with a table for 6 people and it is covered in glass windows so there is plenty of suns and a wonderful view over the sea, making this a great spot to enjoy your time and relax in the summer. There are two bedrooms, each of them with a double bed for 2 people, and in the living room, 2 more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed, making for a maximum capacity of 6 people.

The apartment has one bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, first aid kit, and hairdryer. Amenities include air-conditioning, an LCD TV with Chromecast media player (Device so you can play anything from your mobile phone on LCD TV via Wi-Fi, like Netflix, HBO, YouTube or other platforms you are subscribed too) and free toiletries.

There are a grocery shop and cafe just in front of the building in which the apartment is located and a restaurant can be found within a few minutes drive away. One of the most beautiful beaches in Split, Žnjan is located just 2 minutes drive away and it is a lovely pebble beach with shallow waters, perfect for children, and there is a number of cafes where you can relax by the sea. Fresh food and fish markets can be found in the center of Split. The apartment is located 5 km from the center of Split marked with the Roman Palace of Emperor Diocletian, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site for being one of the most impressive Roman constructions that are extraordinary preserved. The entire historic city core is on the same UNESCO list from 1979.

Riva Seaside Promenade can be found in the center as well as the main bus and train station, and Ferry Port. Local buses station with frequent lines to the center is right in front of the house and departs around every 20 minutes. Split Airport is 22 km away.
