Waterfront holiday villa with pool Prizba Korcula: This big family holiday villa, completed in 2015, has a modern and clean architecture, centered around the swimming pool. It cascades down towards the water, following the land on several levels. It is wide open towards the sea with big doors and windows. The multiple outside terraces allow enjoying the balmy air to the maximum. Stonework details are reminders of the typical island tradition.
Access to the villa is direct from the coastal road. Private parking accommodates 3 cars.
Outside stairs lead directly to the pool, living-room and the sea: convenient on return from a walk or jogging and main door is on the second floor of the house built cascading down to the sea. The entrance hall leads to the inside stairs, elevator and the upper apartment-suite.

This roomy and practical 420 square meters villa welcomes up to 12 guests in total comfort.

This 165 square meter level has a fully open floor plan.

Music and movie lovers will enjoy the comfortable living room area and the fully-equipped home theater. It has direct access by the elevator. The inside dining table for 12 converts easily into an 8 ft snooker table, a guarantee of long moments of friendly competition. A large kitchen with a central island, fully endowed, invites all to join in preparing meals together. Steam oven, combined grill and microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 deep freezers, all of the small hand and power accessories, everything is there to reveal your talents as a chef. Behind the kitchen, there is a large pantry and a WC with hand basin and contactless faucet.

The swimming pool backs up partly into the house between the kitchen and the living area. The dining terrace for 12, with a pergola, is outside the kitchen.

Outside of the living room, you can enjoy the sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and the steps leading down to the sea. On your way down to the sea, there are 3 other terraces where you can choose to relax comfortably. Access to the sea is by a bathing ladder, on the private pier.

Villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 separated toilets, 6 bedrooms, large open plan living area with dining for 12 persons and a kitchen.
Outdoor terraces also have a dining table for 12 people.

Pets are not allowed. Strictly non-smoking inside the villa.

Check-in:  between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Check out:  between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM

The down payment will not be returned in case of booking cancellation.

Arrival day: Any day of the week
Minimum stay: 7 days

Prices in 2021. in Eur per day:

July 1st – September 2nd 1200€/day

Price includes the bottle of champagne on arrival, basic grocery starter package, daily housekeeping (2-3 h/day), bed linen, bath and beach towels, free toiletries, free wifi and parking, final cleaning, free use of the private boat mooring in front of the villa.

Security/damage deposit: 1500€, to be paid in cash on arrival and returned on departure if no damages to villa

Daily breakfast can be arranged on-site for a fee / with shopping for groceries.,
