Villa has an indoor area of 120 square meters and 40 square meters of terraces and has two floors. In total there are two double bedrooms, studio apartment, 3 bathrooms and is suitable for 6 guests + 2 which can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa in the living room area.

The first floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room. In the living room, there is a big sofa which can be converted into a double bed for 2 guests. In one corner there is a utility room with washing machine.

Stepping out from the first floor you are on the terrace furnished with teak chairs and table for 8 people next to a cozy barbecue. Even more relaxing is comfortable rattan sofa set. Stairs lead to the lower level of the terrace where there’s a swimming pool with “built-in” Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, deck chairs, and umbrellas.
The terrace is the perfect place for socializing, having pleasure and fun. Often guests spend the entire day on terrace sunbathing, preparing barbecue, refreshing in the pool enjoying an amazing view over bay and crystal clear Adriatic sea.

The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and terraces from where guests can enjoy the beautiful view and relax in privacy.

Parking is available outside the house and in the garage next to the house.

Villa with seaview and pool for rent is 15 minutes walk from the center of the village of Zaton Mali, where the nearest grocery store is located. The quickest way to reach the store is to take the path which is a few meters from the villa. That path also leads down to the main road from Dubrovnik to Split. Or it will take 5 minutes drive by car to reach the shop or within a few more minutes by car, you will be on the beach.

Next to Zaton Mali is situated Zaton Veliki, a village where you can find a grocery store, a bank, a post office, a pizza house, restaurants, and bars. All that just 10 minutes driving from the villa or 20 minutes walk if you are taking the path along the shore.

10 minutes driving from the villa is 5* hotel “Radisson Blu Resort & SPA” with many sports facilities, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, SPA & Wellness area, beaches which also villas guests can use.

Zaton is a small town not far from Dubrovnik that is named after a bay of irresistible beauty. The Renaissance summer manors of former Dubrovnik aristocracies are historical sites which make Zaton bay recognizable as a Dubrovnik summer manor region. Set back from the coastline, Zaton offers pleasantly warm sea. Zaton is 9 kilometers (15 minutes drive) west of Dubrovnik and 25 kilometers (40 minutes drive) from the airport. Zaton bay is a quiet bay with no hotels and resorts and no traffic jams.
