Sea view house for rent near beach, Bol, Brac island – This is a three stars, new, fully equipped house that accommodates 4+1 guests, with pool above famous beach Zlatni Rat in the middle of the vineyard. The house has a sea view, air-condition, parking lot just above the house, TV, SAT, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. House consists of one apartment with a gallery that has a double bed, sofa bed and a kitchen and another room with a separate entrance from another side of the house that has a double bed and a bathroom.  About 250 meters from the house you will find the nearest beach, fish and meat restaurants, coffee bars. ATM is 500 m away. Tennis courts, center of the Bol, fish market, shops, ambulance, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station and bus station are about 1,5 km from the house.

April 29th – June 9th & September 15th – October 27th 170€/day – 190€/day

June 9th – 30th & August 25th – September 15th 240€/day – 260€/day

June 30th – August 25th 330€/day – 350€/day

minimum stay in season 29.06. – 14.09. 7 days (if it is free, the possibility of 5 days min)/ rest of the year 5 days

* Prices depend on number of guests and number of days the guest will stay:

– Off-season: for minimum 7 days stay or more

– In other seasons: for minimum 14 days stay or more

– In all seasons: for less than 4 persons

Pets are allowed: no extra charges but needs to be announced
