Being a seafront property, the villa offers amazing views across this little bay and on to the turquoise and crystally clean Adriatic sea.
This newly built villa offers 4 double ensuite bedrooms and it is perfect for accommodating up to 8 persons. Some bedrooms are glassed, and all of them have an amazing sea view to wake up with as soon as you open your eyes. The ground floor consists of 4 double ensuite bedrooms with bathrooms, the first floor consists of a living room space and the toilet, and entrance is located on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfortable stay. There is a washing machine available in the bathroom. On the terrace, you can find a private swimming pool of 37 square meters with sunbeds and shaded outdoor sitting area. Gym, sauna and outdoor fireplace are at your disposal in the seafront villa. Villa offers secured parking for up to three cars for its guests. The nearest airport is 30 km away. Town of Šibenik is 50 km away.

This luxury seafront villa is located directly in a peaceful setting by the sea in the middle of the small idyllic bay of Ljubljeva in Vinišće. In the immediate vicinity of the villa is a natural lovely pebble beach with crystal clear water available only to residents of nearby houses. Ljubljeva is a small, peaceful and sunny, south-facing bay on the Dalmatian coast, located between the cities of Sibenik and Trogir and with a unique view of the islands Mali and Veli Drvenik. Vinisce is a small fishing place, situated only 12km from Trogir, in a beautiful cove with crystal clear water. Trogir, Dalmatia’s hidden gem is a remarkable small town with 2300 years of tradition, set on a small island on the Adriatic coast of Croatia in the center of Dalmatia. Hiding not so far away from Split, only 27 km, it is connected to the mainland and with another island, Ciovo with bridges.
