SEAFRONT APARTMENT VILLA CLOSE TO VINISCE, TROGIR AREA: Villa is a spacious 3 floor home (140m2) with 3 apartments overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It is located close to a small town called Vinisce in Middle Dalmatia. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has a lovely feel with a homely atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life this is the place to choose.

This modernly furnished home can accommodate 12 persons in 6 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in the house as well as a kitchen on each floor. Three bedrooms have a double bed in each room and the other three bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room.

The property has a swimming pool and an outside shower at the ground floor in the yard with a beautiful sea view. Parking for 5 cars is provided behind the villa. A great place for a BBQ and socializing with your family and friends is provided in the outside grill area on the ground floor that provides a seating area for 10-12 persons. Each floor has outside balcony furniture which is a great place to unwind and relax while reading your favorite book or simply enjoying a refreshing drink. The middle floor of the villa has an outside grill as well which is usually used by the top and middle floors to prepare grilled meat, fish and/or veggies for lunch or dinner. Apartment 3 has central heating while others have air conditioner. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

The beach only steps away so you can unwind and indulge in morning and evening refreshing swims in the crystal clear Adriatic sea. Villa is perfect for families looking to spend their vacation together, but still maintain their privacy.

The villa itself provides a beautiful view of the landscape and the Adriatic sea. Split is located 50 km away, while the airport is only 23km away and the town of Trogir only 20km away.

Villa can be rented only as a whole house!

At an extra cost we can arrange group or individual yoga classes in this villa with Yoga teacher from Ananda Yoga Studio Split.
