Sea view modern villa with pool for rent, Brac island is located in Selca settlement on the island of Brač, one of the most popular and most easily accessible Croatian islands. This beautiful, quiet and private location with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea is only 3 km away from gorgeous beaches with crystal clear water, restaurants and beach bars. A 20-minute drive will take you to Zlatni rat, one of the world’s most famous beaches, and the town of Bol, which has plenty to offer for those looking for entertainment and vibrant nightlife. There is a small restaurant near the villa, not even 50 meters away, with the possibility to organize food delivery so you could eat restaurant quality food at home!

The house is ideal for families and smaller groups. Its modern industrial style is combined with cladding in world-famous Brač stone. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living room can accommodate an additional bed for two persons. Additional bed for children or an adult can also be placed in one of the bedrooms upon request. In a centrally placed atrium, you can enjoy a nice view of the starry sky and play a game of chess at the hand-made stone table with a chessboard. The house also has a pantry and an additional bathroom with a washing machine.

On the outside of the villa there is a dining area with a grill, a large 8,5m x 4,5m swimming pool (the pool has a heating/cooling system, a geyser pump, and underwater back massage), shower, terrace surrounded by pine trees with a stunning view of the sea, the village Sumartin, the island of Hvar and the rocky Biokovo mountain. Private parking is available adjacent to the house.

Distance from the ferry to Split (ferry ride takes 50min) – 35 km
Split has an airport, a bus station, and a train station.
