With a facade of old stone plates, Mediterranean garden, modern construction and a big pool that measures 12 by 5 meters with a depth from 140 to 170 cm, guests can find their perfect vacation in a villa that has a perfect combination of old and new elements.

The interior of the villa is very comfortable with a lot of space and is fully furnished with high-quality fixtures. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. There is a pantry as well and a separate room for washing and drying clothes with all the appliances (iron, iron board, clothes dryer etc.).

Complete privacy is guaranteed as the villa is situated in a quiet part of Cabrunici village, but not too far away from major tourist centers in Istria such as Vodnjan (12 km) and Pula (16km). The sea is 10 km away. Nearest shops, restaurants, post office and banks are all between 1,5 and 10 km away.
