House with pool for rent, South Istria, Croatia  –   This beautiful stone villa with swimming pool is newly built, high standard, offering all modern facilities on two floors, lovely views across meadows and olive groves, with a view to the sea (1,2 km from sea). Shops and restaurants are close by, within walking distance (300 m).

It accommodates 6 persons on an area of 675 square meters. The surface of the villa is 165,89 m2. It has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace. There is also a study/work room. On each floor you can find a bathroom with shower and there is an extra toilet available for added comfort. All the rooms have wooden floors and the bathrooms have top quality ceramics. Villa has air-conditioning and heating is provided with radiators and underfloor heating system.

Wireless Internet is available throughout the property.

Ouside of the villa is a swimming pool with LED lights and nearby is a place for barbecue.

There is also a secure parking space next to the villa.

Situated in the southernmost part of Istria, among Mediterranean vegetation, Liznjan was named after a Roman patrician from Licinium who had a summer residence there. The proximity of international airports, highways, ports and marinas ensures easy access to this Istrian oasis. Liznjan is far enough from larger conurbations to provide the pleasure of a peaceful holiday and lifestyle, yet close enough to meet the need and desire for wider social, cultural, sporting and other entertainment.

The population of Liznjan and the surrounding area is just over 2000, in an area of approximately 60 square kilometers. For the everyday needs of its permanent and temporary residents, Liznjan has three shops, a bank, post office, pharmacy, medical center and several restaurants. The village has three churches, including a 9th century Pre-Romanesque one, while the surrounding area is characterized by lush vineyards, olive groves and forests, unspoiled beaches (closest beach is 1,9 km from the villa) and beautiful, protected natural features.

Minimum stay in July and August is 7 days.

For 10 days stay (or more) we organize excursion to National Park Brijuni gratis.

Price for 7+ days stay includes daily excursion with boat and skipper.

Transfer from the Pula airport to villa is secured.
