The nearest beach is 1 km away, and the nearest store is 0,5 km away. Closest restaurants are in Vrbnik, a small place well known for great wines, beaches, and taverns with tasty Croatian cuisine. The town of Krk is 16 km from here.

The villa has the capacity to accommodate up to 7 people. It consists of a ground floor and the top floor. On the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed in each room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The house has 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a big living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room.
